This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

Excellent experience from sales through lease process. I have bought many vehicles from Carlos Corredor and will probably do so again in the future. He doesn?t waste my time and I felt he was trying to get a deal that worked for me and the dealership.

Great car. I compare it with a high-end Mercedes that I own, Volvo is generally better built, more comfortable especially on extra long trips, quieter on the road, and intuitive in most use cases. The Bowers and Wilkins sound system is definitely superior to anything I’ve heard in high-end vehicles. The interior design is minimalistic, and the car lacks the prestige that comes with the price. From a reliability stand point, it has never put us down, and has almost completely overcome the early Goole system glitches.

Just crossed two years and 25,000 miles. LOVE this car. The Google infotainment is well-designed and super easy to access and use. There are redundant options for navigation and I believe the instrument cluster is one of the cleanest and best I've experienced. I have the B5 AWD and acceleration and go is very quick and the car rides effortlessly. The lane keeping and lane centering and semi-autonomous driving on major roads is unobtrustive and quite pleasant. I drove six hours in a rainstorm and the car was more effective at tracking the lane markers than I was. Handling could maybe be more sporty. The 2nd row is very comfortable too. Outside of some early infotainment gremlins that first six months from the new Google system, zero issues of any kind.

I am one to do my research for not just an appropriate vehicle, but a honest dealership. Many bait-price you into their dealership though ads, where upon entering the buyer's process become overcome with dealer fees. Yes, here they had fees, both state required and dealer processing. The difference, the dealer's fees were practical and reasonable, not overcoming of any savings offered. Too, they were openly disclosed upfront for full awareness of the cost for purchase. In addition, I was able to find a use, under manufacturer warrantied vehicle with low mileage, at a price on the low end of the fair market scale. In summary? Here you can purchase high quality vehicles at a reasonable price, while receiving respectful customer service with an honest approach?a dealership of choice.

I love this car! Safe, reliable and well made. No trouble in 2 years of ownership. Owned many Volvos, this is the best and most advanced yet.

Experience was great. Fred was with me every step of the way. He kept me informed and was very knowledgeable of the vehicle once it arrived. I purchased the Acura Type S. It took 4 months to arrive because of the high demand and the wait was worth it. Fred kept me updated with my vehicle through this entire process and at the end I was very satisfied. I have been searching for a car for roughly a week or little more. A few other dealerships were misleading with their inventory and general information about the vehicles they did have. Great experience at Don Beyer in Dulles. I drove about 4 hours from Roanoke to get the car I was looking for at a reasonable price. I might have bought it sight unseen, but have been burned by less truthful dealers in the past and wasn't willing to take the chance. On arrival I found exactly the car they had advertised in great condition. There weren't any scuffs or scratches that they were trying to obscure and there weren't any smells they were trying to perfume over. Within 30 minutes of getting to the dealership we had a deal. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. All car buying takes longer than I want it to, but they made it as comfortable and efficient as possible and I drove away happy. When the salesman Lonnell Bond found a beat up old coffee mug I'd accidentally left behind in my trade in vehicle, he promptly mailed it back to me! In the future I would buy a car sight unseen from Mr Bond and have him ship it to me. There are very few dealerships I would trust with that.

We were treated as if we were buying a brand-new Volvo. This time my husband and I worked with a new sales associate, Bea-Alice Sesay. Bea is courteous, personable, and answered all our questions (or checked with other DarCars staff for us). She responded quickly to emails and made our experience pleasant. This is my first all-electric car. Bea and her colleague, Manny, showed me all the car's features and spent time helping me understand the electronics. From start to finish, it was a pleasant and positive experience.

The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I?m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

Service review. Brought in my car for a 10,000 (free!) service. Debbie Stack is my service advisor and she is fantastic. She scheduled a quick appointment and when there was something on my bumper she took the initiative to run it by the detail department and they fixed it! No surcharges, friendly service staff, nice waiting area with snacks and coffee. Receptionist was lovely and patiently helped me with the very fancy coffee machine. Car was done in 1.5 hours. Thank you Debbie for the excellent service!
