I’ve been shopping for months all over the DMV — big franchise dealers in Fairfax, Tysons, Alexandria, even down in Fredericksburg — and nobody came close to the price these guys offered. Same year, same trim, same options… everywhere else was quoting me $4,000–$7,000 higher, and some still tried to tack on dealer fees and certification nonsense. Lease Return Center? Straight-up best price I found anywhere, no hidden fees, no pressure, and they beat every online quote I brought in. Hands down the best deal in the entire area. The staff was incredible from the moment I pulled in. Super friendly, zero pushy sales tactics, and they actually know Mercedes inside and out. They walked me through the full history, Carfax, service records, everything. When I asked about minor cosmetic touch-ups, they took care of it same-day at no charge. Paperwork was the fastest I’ve ever experienced, driving my new Mercedes home the same afternoon. This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

I'm a 18 year loyal Toyota SUV guy and I switched to a new XC60. Lovering Volvo in Nashua were great. Sales Mgr Dan was fantastic. No pressure. This is the nicest & most comfortable car I've owned. Fun to drive & easy on gas. Too new to comment on reliability but its safety systems are impressive. Sound system is next level too. I would highly recommend.

Very unusual SUV for a luxury model. Interior and exterior are well designed and made. There are numerous perks, such as having Google verbally operate many SUV functions. It’s a hybrid with a small battery that collects energy to provide minimal better gas mileage. Moving the steering wheel is manual. Very disturbing for a luxury vehicle. There is no interior mood lighting for night operating. Seat comfort and overall room is more than adequate. It has center steering which I love. Its heads-up display has minimal display options other than speed and directions. Overall, a nice SUV. Just takes some getting used to.

I told him what I was looking for and he delivered without any tricks or gimmicks. The entire dealership was helpful, pleasant and offered efficient service. As a woman buying a car, the fact that they were respectful was very important to me. I had gone to another dealership but didn't get the same tone. The manager at Sheehy was knowledgeable and understood how to close a deal.
