The entire sales staff from salesman (Kenneth) to the new car director had a hand in making sure all my emails and questions were answered immediately. You can see the shear number of people below that were involved happily. I was never told the line "we just need you to come in..." once. Overall, it was a seamless process to purchase a vehicle at Volvo Grubbs and I look forward to bringing my car back for service.
