Outstanding Service at Herzog Volkswagen I don’t write reviews very often, but when a business truly stands out, it deserves to be recognized. I originally had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from Herzog Volkswagen a couple of years ago, which is why I chose to return there when my car recently needed service. Once again, they exceeded my expectations. Jenna in the service department made the entire experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Car repairs can easily become frustrating, but Jenna was professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. She even helped coordinate communication with my insurance company to keep everything moving efficiently. What impressed me most was how much effort she put into making sure I wasn’t inconvenienced while my vehicle was being repaired. She took the time to make sure I had transportation arranged so I wouldn’t be left without a car during the repair. We bought a new Volvo at Herzog-Meier a couple of days ago and found the process very easy. Stephanie and Saige were able to answer all of our questions and they knew the Volvo product line inside and out. The negotiations were painless and the same could be said of the paperwork and documentation, thanks to Andy. Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle

Niello Volvo Cars of Sacramento review
The service advisor Matthew was very polite, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and answered lots of my questions very well. During the 30000 mile maintenance, he and his crew found and root caused a rear brake issue and fixed it. It was because some parts were not lubricated well enough, the rear brake pads were worn unevenly, and the inner pad was gone while the outer one still had half thickness left, he helped contacted volvo to take care of the charges to replace the rear brakes pads and routers and lubricated the part well to prevent this from happening. The renovated dealership building is very beautiful, the seats were comfortable and wifi was fast, I like the area with 2 cubes where people can carry on their work while waiting.
