We bought a new Volvo at Herzog-Meier a couple of days ago and found the process very easy. The negotiations were painless and the same could be said of the paperwork and documentation, thanks to Andy. We bought a preowned vehicle from this dealer and had a great experience with Michelle. She was prompt, responsive, and easy to work with. One key feature of this dealership is that there were no unnecessary add ons to the pre-owned cars like theft protection or other dealer add ons. Yes, they do sell extended warranties, but you decide, choose, and negotiate as you see fit.
