Had a great experience purchasing my 2024 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited from Lovering Volvo. The process was smooth—car was ready on time and in excellent condition. Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

This is my 3 Volvo. After leaving to buy another make of a car was an experience in itself. Francesca Hamilton recently sold me a Volvo XC60 Hybrid plug-in at the Nashua dealership. I had not purchased a new vehicle in 13 years. I had much to learn, like what is a “trim” and how to “pair” my cellphone and the vehicle. Then there were the endless safety features and advantages of owning a plug-in model. In our two hours together, Francesca covered it all. She was polite and eager to explain the workings of the new technology. She carefully answered my questions, when other salespersons might have, understandably, rolled their eyes and took a deep breath. Francesca carefully explained the various bonuses and rebates and the advantages of the lease/buy program, which resulted in significant savings. After taking 3 pages of notes on the trim options and vehicle lease-buy-back plan, off we went for a test drive. With no pressure from Francesca to rush back to the dealership, together we covered the open highway and side streets of Nashua. As a final note, I was sold on the XC60 and made the purchase a day or two later. However, here is not where the story ends. I spoke with Francesca a couple of days later about my difficulty with setting up some of the electronic features on the dashboard. She invited me back to her office this week to help guide me through some of the more difficult features. Francesca is a truly gifted and skilled salesperson. I give her five stars and recommend to anyone to make Francesca’s desk their first stop when shopping for a new vehicle. She is well deserving of any monthly bonus of which she may be entitled.
