CarMax West 104th AveReviews
CarMax West 104th Ave review
Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. Outstanding job Federal Heights location!

AutoNation Ford ArapahoeReviews
AutoNation Ford Arapahoe review
I recently brought my truck in for its 40,000-mile service, and once again, the experience was outstanding. My service advisor, Jared, was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all my questions, clearly managed expectations, and made the entire process a pleasure. This is consistent with every experience I've had at this dealership. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent Ford service!

CarMax Colorado SpringsReviews
CarMax Colorado Springs review
getting my care from the Colorado Springs location was the best decision ever. I have bought multiple car's over the years and I feel like I was just another sale to them. Joshua was so amazing. He was polite and patient with us while we had to get some documents and was even nicer in person. I like how they have the express option because as busy people going to buy a car can be time consuming. We were able to sign everything online and only spent about 20 minutes at the dealership picking up my car. If you are looking to buy a car and would like to feel like there is no pressure and deal with a clean environment and nice people this is the place to go.

I just wanted to let CarMax know that AnthonyCifaloglio was an excellent sales manager. When I purchased my car back in April, he did so much to help me with all the paper work. I was so pleased how friendly he was! I would recommend him to buy your next car from. Thanks. Lori
