Overall, it was a seamless process to purchase a vehicle at Volvo Grubbs and I look forward to bringing my car back for service. The entire sales staff from salesman (Kenneth) to the new car director had a hand in making sure all my emails and questions were answered immediately. You can see the shear number of people below that were involved happily. I was never told the line "we just need you to come in..." once. Everything was done my way, on my terms and I never heard the "lemme go talk to my manager" lunacy you hear everywhere else. All I was told was "sit and relax and I'll take care of that for you." I've never seen a dealership operate this way. One of the smoothest purchases I've ever had. Well done.

I shopped around at multiple Volvo dealerships in the DFW area and Park Place was by far the most affordable. Oscar was very pleasant to work with, very fair in his pricing, communicative, and he did not pressure me to buy like I felt from other dealers. Highly recommend!

CarMax Wichita review
Great experience at CarMax Wichita! We worked with Sales Consultant Vernon Nelson and he was kind and helpful throughout the entire process. We felt zero pressure from him, which was a stark contrast to another dealership we were working with who pressured us hard and had an attitude when we didn't buy on the spot. Vernon just wanted us to have the best car for us, regardless of whether or not that was from CarMax. They offered us a fair price on both the trade-in and the vehicle purchase itself as well, so no we'd have no hesitations recommending them to others.
2023 Volvo XC90 review
Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.
