I was going to update my Ford escape to Lexus. Salesman Derek Massio, was helping me get a good deal. He was answering my questions and I going few times for testing out and checking the car. They offered me to purchase extra warranty and protection, but it’s optional. Overall have a good experience with the dealer. Before I go there I have a text message and email. The car was plug in, so should be charged battery before my appointment. Thank you.

I brought my car to the Volvo of Manasquan service shop for it's 120K SVC. I bought the car there and have always had it serviced there. It is extremely easy to schedule my service appts online or by phone. Some people don't value the services provided by a Dealership for older cars, but I do! I want my service completed in one shot and I can follow the progress of the services on my phone. Volvo almost always has the right parts I need for repairs or regular servicing. I can count on the service being done right and that they are not using cheap after market parts that can fail. They know how to address any concerns I may have. If something should go wrong they stand behind their work! The staff is very helpful/friendly, even when I ask a lot of questions!

Great experience with my new vehicle purchase last month from Manasquan Volvo! The entire process from initial inquiry to delivery was excellent. We have owned various cars in past to include Chevrolet (Monte Carlo), Cadillac’s Deville/Eldorado), BMW’s (740i/740IL) and Volvo’s (240/244/V70) and now 2018 Volvo SUV XC90 T5. So far the XC90 out performs all of them with respect to comfort, ride, safety features and even gas economy is very good for size/weight of vehicle. Only draw back is premium gas required for this car but I have used mid range on/off and no noticeable loss of performance. Also most people that have seen our XC 90 make positive comments on color, wheels, interior, storage space, etc. Also purchased the T5 model with 7 seats for the family and three grandkids. Excellent SUV for the past 4 yrs (35k road miles). Recently purchased an Endurance extended warranty to 133k/5 yrs. We expect to drive this SUV like other Volvo’s 150k miles or more.
