I walked in, because a phone call just doesn’t work. Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

Saw a Toyota online and send in an inquiry. That’s when I found out this place is on it. They sent me a video of the vehicle. An email with the CARFAX and window sticker. I found out they have a new General Manager. He definitely understands todays buyers. They made everything so easy. People should know about this place!

Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

Volvo is known for safety and this one delivers with all the latest safety features. But it also adds performance with a combination of supercharging for power off the line, with turbocharging to add power in mid range. Together they deliver performance similar to a V8 with a lot better mpg. The interior is very modern and tasteful. Seats very comfortable. We opted for the air suspension system which really makes a difference in our area with rough roads. I'd recommend it to anyone. Also added the high performance sound system from Bowers and Wilkins. I did not think I wanted to pay up for it, but once I heard it I couldn't pass it up. Many great tech features like Pilot Assist (auto drive), cross traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, auto park, etc. Recommend the T6 level powertrain, the Air Suspension, and if you can swing it, the Bowers and Wilkins sound system.

Absolute pleasure doing business with this dealership. Jimmy was fantastic from start to finish. He communicated, was very patient during our search process and also made us feel like family not just another sale. He stayed late and ensured we were all taken care of prior to driving off the lot in our new vehicle. Let me also mention Laura who finalized all the financing. Great experience at Don Beyer in Dulles. I drove about 4 hours from Roanoke to get the car I was looking for at a reasonable price. I might have bought it sight unseen, but have been burned by less truthful dealers in the past and wasn't willing to take the chance. On arrival I found exactly the car they had advertised in great condition. There weren't any scuffs or scratches that they were trying to obscure and there weren't any smells they were trying to perfume over. Within 30 minutes of getting to the dealership we had a deal. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. All car buying takes longer than I want it to, but they made it as comfortable and efficient as possible and I drove away happy. When the salesman Lonnell Bond found a beat up old coffee mug I'd accidentally left behind in my trade in vehicle, he promptly mailed it back to me! In the future I would buy a car sight unseen from Mr Bond and have him ship it to me. There are very few dealerships I would trust with that.

Great service and communication. Have a decent size inventory, you can definitely find the vehicle you’re looking for. I settled for a 2008 Ford F350 King Ranch. Beautiful frame and sound engine and transmission. Claudia was very helpful and very knowledgeable with financing. I left the dealership an hour later with a beautiful truck. Recommend!

It’s a great family or single person car. It’s got 3rd row seating for extra room, but not to big like Escalade when trying to find parking in Seattle area. It’s fully loaded with features for most comfort. Heated seats front and back, cooling front seats, DVD player, navigation, roof rack, extra trunk space, and its great on mileage for V8. Perfect for NW winter or summer fun.

Service review. Brought in my car for a 10,000 (free!) service. Debbie Stack is my service advisor and she is fantastic. She scheduled a quick appointment and when there was something on my bumper she took the initiative to run it by the detail department and they fixed it! No surcharges, friendly service staff, nice waiting area with snacks and coffee. Receptionist was lovely and patiently helped me with the very fancy coffee machine. Car was done in 1.5 hours. I went to Test Drive a CX90 PHEV and worked with Carlos. Carlos was exceptionally knowledgeable on the vehicle and the test drive route he directed me through really highlighted the vehicles performance and handling. T6 106k miles, replaced Brake pads, spark plugs, and one to engine mount. Everything works! Amazing auto pilot up to 80mph lifetime avg 21.3 MPG mixed driving, regular gas! Quiet, blast T6, super comfortable seats, active safety! I cant think of anything better. Stay away from T5

We had a great experience at DARCARS Volvo in Fairfax. I reached out to confirm the availability of one of the used cars and Tim, the manager, quickly responded. We made an appointment for the next day and the car was out front ready for us. Tim referred us to Lonnell, who was very personable and straight forward. We were happy with the car and settled with their finance manager. Not huge space, but very comfortable and nice layout inside.

I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

We were looking for a luxury SUV that handled well and looked great. This was the best SUV that we ever purchased! It is high off the ground and handles well on the highway and in the city. Torque and hp are excellent and the car is whisper quiet on the road. The interior is very luxurious and the leather is soft and comfortable.

Anthony was a pleasure to work with. He was super helpful with suggestions for the best way to finance and helping get the pre purchase inspection done. As a woman, I have had bad experiences car shopping on my own but buying this car could not have been easier or more fun!

We bought a used 2011 Volvo XC90 (170K mls.) for our teenagers and are very pleased with conditions of the exterior, comfort of the ride and power of the car. The previous owners did a good job at keeping up with the maintenance and had new tires recently added before they sold it. We did have to address some repairs within a few weeks but it was to be expected. Very solid car with a great reputation for safety.
