Excellent service, well explained for all details! I had a transmission replacement when my X5 close to the edge of manufacturing warranty. My car pop out a message about transmission fail, since they could not discover any causes, they replaced it without any hesitation. Highly recommended for the honest, high quality of service.

First test drive the XC90 T8 very impressive with the performance, drove home on the highway car had a lot of vibration, I didn't expect neither suspected the tires of the brand new car would do that, for about 2 months I still still driving the car around town the vibration didn't bother me too much my first initial thought was the steering technology or how it worked then my AC is not working schedule an appointment going to take about 2 weeks in about 1 week later it working fine, I took it to get checked anyway, they replaced the compressor and new refrigerants , I took a long trip in the sommer, AC not working again, this time they changed the capacitor because it intermittent, in about 20000 miles the rechargeable battery wouldn't charge, dealer replaced the charger cable, now at 30000 miles the battery intermittent charging again, it takes two weeks to schedule in order for me to have a loaner to drive home, first time own European car and I did aware of the Volvo electrical issues but that was in the early 2000's, overall I enjoyed the car, handling and performance is great, the technology in there is helping my long drive alot and stuck in traffic PS: I still giving Volvo chance and pray for theirs engineers to get theirs act together.

I purchased a 2008 honda crv67,000 miles. I thought maybe I had no chance to get into this Honda because of bad credit. But they assured me if this is the car I want they would make it happen and sure enough it did. The next day I was in my car and very happy. They were understanding, caring, helpful. They made sure the car was in mint condition when they gave it to us. It is running beautiful. I am so glad I went there. I would buy another car there in a heartbeat. They were absolutely wonderful. I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

I recently dealt with Carmax of Norwood, MA. They had a great inventory of cars that I am searching for and very knowledgeable salespeople. The sales staff was very helpful with their product inventory, options and descriptions of their cars. They very very informative regarding their buying processes as well as financing options. This is a beautiful car. Our car is the mid level. Not totally sure it is as luxurious as it's price point. Drives and feels very nice. Feels nimble and safe. Visibility all around is great. Safety features such as the pacing cruise control and lane management are excellent. The gage cluster is minimal with a lot of empty space where they should have put a real fuel gage, not the miniscule 4 dashes that go unlit as the fuel is used. The car has no written user manual. It relies on a very limited one on board which cannot be accessed when the car is moving. Hybrid system is not immediately understood how to make it perform well. Bu once you solve that puzzle it is really good. We found a complete 900 page one on line that goes into the detail we wanted. Also the on board one does not have an index so you get to hunt and guess to find what topic your question is under. This was a major frustration for us. The back seats are very firm, which was surprising at this price point. That is why I knocked the comfort level down. Front seats are wonderful. Lots of rear leg room though. There is a lot of room behind the second row seats when the 3rd row is down, and this suits our travel cargo needs very well. 360 camera is excellent. Fit and finish is superb. The turn signal stalk has too many functions such as head light control. A switch on the dash would be much better easily showing which mode the headlights are in. The various functions are not as intuitive to control or find. There is a learning curve, not a difficult curve, but just jumping into drive it might be the wrong approach. Perhaps it is standard Volvo like not standard BMW like as we were used to. Now that we know the car better we would buy it again.

Amazing experience. I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to try CarMax first... There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars. Put it this way, it was great enough experience for me to come online and leave reviews all over!

After a string of frustrations with one dealer I walked away and then approached Boston Volvo instead. From my first email contact, Boston Volvo’s Nelson Duarte was helpful, prompt, and communicated with me exactly how I needed to be reached throughout the process. I am limited to text and email communication throughout usual business hours. Despite the hurdles and asynchronous nature of email and text, Nelson met me where I was, answered all my questions, and provided great service. Beyond Nelson I was/am highly satisfied with my Boston Volvo experience. Within 24 hours I was able to survey Boston Volvo’s inventory online, find the car nearest my desired purchase, contact Boston Volvo with my interest, received prompt response, found answers to all my questions via email and text through the day on a Friday, arranged a purchase price, trade in, financing, and later installation of desired options and then on Saturday morning I picked up the car with a 5 year-old in tow. Ultimately I was given a better set of options in purchasing the vehicle I wanted, and I felt so much more satisfied with the terms! I was impressed with the service culture at Boston Volvo and pleased to see the staff worked together so well. I know Nelson and the sales manager were very coordinated in helping me get to a set of options that made my purchase possible. The culture of the staff was evident from my first arrival 15 min past close on a Friday when an associate interrupted his own departure for the evening to address me in the parking lot and make sure I was being helped, then notified Nelson for me who was also delaying his Friday evening departure to help me with my purchase. When I picked up the car on Saturday morning Nelson was welcoming to my 5 year old who was with me as well. While preparing the car and processing paperwork the front desk attendant was warm and hospitable to my daughter and me. My daughter loves looking at cars and we were encouraged to walk the upstairs showroom. My daughter had a blast and loved the older model Volvos on display and getting in and out of the XC40s and wagons up there as well. Admittedly though she may have enjoyed the elevator the most. The finance manager, Jose, was friendly and patient in walking me through all the details of my purchase, and in explaining, multiple times, all the nuances of the protection packages on offer. The Monday after pick up, Nelson picked up the car at my house to have one of the options installed and returned it to later that day. We recently made an unplanned purchase of new 2020 XC90 at Danvers Volvo and the team there is a pleasure to work with. We have bought/leased 6 previous Volvo's and this experience at Danvers is by far the best we have ever had.
