I love everyone with whom I've dealt with at Banks, particularly my salesperson, Kevin. Even procuring an extended warranty from the manager was painless and non-threatening! They were a joy from whom to purchase. Kevin has stayed in contact , as promised, to keep me informed about important follow-ups. Most recently, I returned to Banks to have a more thorough detailing done on my 2022 Buick Encore Gx and have a second key fob made that had been owed me at the time of purchase. The whole team did a knock out job on my car, offered me a loaner car to ease the burden of wait time and kept me informed of timing. This Buick was what I was searching for exactly-year, price and trim and although Banks is an out of state trip for me, I would do it all again and would recommend Banks to family and friends.

I bought my first real car at merchants and it was a great and educational experience, Damien Gutierrez sold me the car and he was amazing and explained everything so well and i felt very comfortable with the whole process, he was honest and made sure i didn’t feel any pressure, he was also incredibly quick with the entire process it took up little of my time and i was in my new car quickly.

Gorgeous inside and out and brilliantly designed. This car purrs when you accelerate. Not only is it the safest car on the road, its luxurious and fun to drive.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

We bought an XC60 5 years ago from the dealership and Mike Coogan was our contact. He was rather new but he knew his stuff. We told him that we’d see him again. Guess what? Saw him last week. And yes we are now proud owners of an XC90. He has complete knowledge of the different Volvo models and he makes sure you are satisfied with his answer. But the best part of his presentation is that there is no “pressure “ to have one make a decision right there. The question doesn’t come up. Mike is valuable asset to the dealership and stands high on the mountain of salespeople. We have bought 4 Volvos from the dealership over the years. Oh one more thing. He is one heck of a person.

I'm a 18 year loyal Toyota SUV guy and I switched to a new XC60. Lovering Volvo in Nashua were great. Sales Mgr Dan was fantastic. No pressure. This is the nicest & most comfortable car I've owned. Fun to drive & easy on gas. Too new to comment on reliability but its safety systems are impressive. Sound system is next level too. I would highly recommend.

Best experience this retired couple has ever had buying a vehicle. Masha was a knowledgeable, helpful, and no pressure sales person. Of the 3 dealerships we contacted this one excels in inventory, best deals, and organization. Rochester was a huge disappointment when the fast talking pressure type manager got involved, we walked away. Nu Car in Tilton wouldn't honor their posted price on Auto Trader and no mention of the dealer incentive, just their version of MSRP.

I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

He was knowledgeable about its features, efficient in paperwork and assisted in a fair trade-in for my trade-in vehicle. We have owned various cars in past to include Chevrolet (Monte Carlo), Cadillac’s Deville/Eldorado), BMW’s (740i/740IL) and Volvo’s (240/244/V70) and now 2018 Volvo SUV XC90 T5. So far the XC90 out performs all of them with respect to comfort, ride, safety features and even gas economy is very good for size/weight of vehicle. Only draw back is premium gas required for this car but I have used mid range on/off and no noticeable loss of performance. Also most people that have seen our XC 90 make positive comments on color, wheels, interior, storage space, etc. Also purchased the T5 model with 7 seats for the family and three grandkids. Excellent SUV for the past 4 yrs (35k road miles). Recently purchased an Endurance extended warranty to 133k/5 yrs. We expect to drive this SUV like other Volvo’s 150k miles or more.

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

This review is for Carrie Burrill. My wife and I just purchased a 2026 XC 40. The experience was outstanding with a very smooth process that was professional, detail oriented and thorough. I have purchased many cars over the years and typically have to spend countless hours going back and forth with the salesperson, salesmanager and even the GM. This time, it was just Carrie (she is sales and managment) and she was fair, honest and willing to meet me at a point that allowed both the dealership and myself to earn a solid transaction. No games, or creative spins, but rather just putting it together and making it work, quickly and easily. We picked up the car two days later, and everything went smooth. The delivery was perfect and Carrie even ensured that the app was installed on both our phones and working perfectly so we did not have to do anything other than enjoy driving the car home. Very unusual SUV for a luxury model. Interior and exterior are well designed and made. There are numerous perks, such as having Google verbally operate many SUV functions. It’s a hybrid with a small battery that collects energy to provide minimal better gas mileage. Moving the steering wheel is manual. Very disturbing for a luxury vehicle. There is no interior mood lighting for night operating. Seat comfort and overall room is more than adequate. It has center steering which I love. Its heads-up display has minimal display options other than speed and directions. Overall, a nice SUV. Just takes some getting used to.

Waited a long time to go from a 2010 to a 2020 XC60. There is no comparison to the fit, comfort, and digital experience. The stereo is outstanding. Like night and day. And I really like the older XC60!

Needed a replacement of a sensor on a Saturday afternoon on a car recently purchased from the dealership, and it got done! They diagnosed the fault, gave me an accurate time estimate and I was out with the repaired car in a few hours.
