Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

I got it from IDEAL AUTO a few months ago, as the gas price is tooo high, and installed a charging pile in my home, so I can use electricity within 70 kilometers every day. If I go beyond the distance occasionally, I will not feel anxious about charging. I can walk whenever I want.

Waited a long time to go from a 2010 to a 2020 XC60. There is no comparison to the fit, comfort, and digital experience. The stereo is outstanding. Like night and day. And I really like the older XC60!

I loved my XC90 but traded it due to the cost of fuel. I drive 40 miles a day roundtrip to work. I would easily go through a tank of gas in four days. Best mileage I ever got was about 22 highway. The XC90 is a heavy SUV and shaped like a block. Not a lot of aerodynamics. As for comfort and luxury you can't go wrong the XC 90 is pure luxury and has great pickup and handling. Just be aware the mileage is not good.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. By kelly blue book ) When bringing car to dealership in East Haven - staff had gloves and masks on. They came outside for paperwork. They were organized. Social distancing followed. We are very please with our experience.

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

Jason and Adam (and the whole crew here) are fantastic! We've been going here for service and all our car purchases for over 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

Great first experience with a Volvo. We were looking for car that could possibly be a single car that would suit our needs moving into retirement. This car appears to check all the boxes for safety, reliability, economy and luxury. We need a mid dive suv that will give us comfort on longer trips as well as the economy of the smaller 4 cylinder without compromising power as provided by the turbo. The warranty and manufacturers maintenance plan are a benefit as well.

Poised is the best word for it. Handles great in comparison to my older XC90 I had, has great power for an SUV. In comparison to things like the crosstrek with 180hp, the VW Atlas with 180hp, this little guy has over 270hp. Drives great, amazing safety features, I just really enjoy my car. Had it almost 3 months now and I still love really enjoy driving it everywhere.

Picked up a new S-60 this week. The salesman Lance Jewel was exceptional. He was not only knowledgeable about the car and what it had to offer, but demonstrated a dedication to making sure that I knew what to expect from the car. A true pleasure to deal with him. Great car. I compare it with a high-end Mercedes that I own, Volvo is generally better built, more comfortable especially on extra long trips, quieter on the road, and intuitive in most use cases. The Bowers and Wilkins sound system is definitely superior to anything I’ve heard in high-end vehicles. The interior design is minimalistic, and the car lacks the prestige that comes with the price. From a reliability stand point, it has never put us down, and has almost completely overcome the early Goole system glitches.

What a great dealership the people are fantastic super knowledgeable and helpful I’ve purchased 2 cars from them so far and go back for service all the time on my vehicles! Wow what a team definitely recommend this place to anyone who looking a car or looking to get their car service!!

This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.
