Great first experience with a Volvo. We were looking for car that could possibly be a single car that would suit our needs moving into retirement. This car appears to check all the boxes for safety, reliability, economy and luxury. We need a mid dive suv that will give us comfort on longer trips as well as the economy of the smaller 4 cylinder without compromising power as provided by the turbo. The warranty and manufacturers maintenance plan are a benefit as well.

My new Volvo was purchased for the passenger seat comfort. It has adjustability and is perfect for a person who lives with spine problems and neck problems.

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

All persons we dealt with were courteous, cooperative and helpful. Any concerns they rectified. Easy to deal with.

This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

I just purchased a Jaguar F Pace from Mark and Joe. I’m actually still sitting here at the county line rd location and I am impressed with their cars and their service. Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

I have owned the 2018 XC60 T8 Inscription for 3 years now. The vehicle was brand new and now has over 110k miles on it. Here is the breakdown of my rating: Performance - The T8 has incredible acceleration and handling, but the braking is a bit touchy. Easy to get used to, but easy to trigger some of the active safety features the first time you hit the brakes. Not a quick as a Tesla, but a 5.3s 0-60mph is impressive in a 4-cyl SUV. Styling - I absolutely love the sleek, minimalist styling Volvo is known for, and the XC60 fits that to a T. Clean lines, and incredibly comfortable. But they can keep the crystal shifter… Reliability - I have had -0- mechanical or performance issues, and only had to replace wear items. I docked it one star because of a glitch in the infotainment system that decided to max out the gain on the microphone right next to a speaker and send a shrill 90dB screech into the cabin… once the software was flashed the problem went away - only happened once and was a free repair (well out of warranty). I am definitely going to be a Volvo owner for life and am looking forward to taking advantage of the overseas delivery program with my next Volvo purchase.

We have owned various cars in past to include Chevrolet (Monte Carlo), Cadillac’s Deville/Eldorado), BMW’s (740i/740IL) and Volvo’s (240/244/V70) and now 2018 Volvo SUV XC90 T5. So far the XC90 out performs all of them with respect to comfort, ride, safety features and even gas economy is very good for size/weight of vehicle. Only draw back is premium gas required for this car but I have used mid range on/off and no noticeable loss of performance. Also most people that have seen our XC 90 make positive comments on color, wheels, interior, storage space, etc. Also purchased the T5 model with 7 seats for the family and three grandkids. Excellent SUV for the past 4 yrs (35k road miles). Recently purchased an Endurance extended warranty to 133k/5 yrs. We expect to drive this SUV like other Volvo’s 150k miles or more.

This SUV has everything I want. First and foremost, the R-design line of Volvos is the next best thing under getting a Polestar. I’ve used every of the drive modes, and they all have unique and distinct driving advantages based on your environments and requirements. The Bowers and Wilkins audio upgrade is state of the art. The on screen technology is easy, user friendly, touch activated, and beautiful. The navigation has an onscreen draw/write function that is useful and unique. The wrap-around design of the cockpit is not only comfortable and intuitive, but also inspires a sense of control and safety. The R-Design 21-inch rims are an unmatched styling accent amongst the XC60’s competitors. If I had to have a complaint it would only be a couple things: rear seats don’t recline and there is no ambient lighting other than the cool LEDs which are just fine for me. This car/crossover in my humble opinion is as close to perfect as I could want. I highly recommend any Volvo but for a midsize cross over the XC60 T6 R-Design is my recommendation.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

I was looking for a car for my wife and had been to a few other dealers. Nobody else made my car buying experience as comfortable as Bob and Mike. Those guys are great and they make it fun just to be around. Everyone at this dealer does their absolute best to make sure customers are satisfied. And they are very upfront with everything they sell. There are no crazy hidden fees or surprises when buying from this place. The service department at IAS is also great and they stand behind their cars. Had a cracked spark plug causing a misfire and these guys fixed it up quick and even gave us a loaner while they had the car. Michael and the service team was exceptionally accommodating. I typically don’t write reviews but just had to do so after my recent experience with Karissa at Scott Volvo. I really struggled with this decision on which car to buy as I had been driving a previous brand for many years and was comfortable, loved the service and had no complaints. I went to look at the XC90, not even intending to buy it and absolutely loved it. The google voice, spacious console interior, simplicity of design and overall quality of workmanship was great and it drove beautifully. Karissa at Scott was so knowledgeable and when I mentioned that I was struggling with my decision she said take the car home and see if you like it. I often struggle with new technology and the Volvo technology is so intuitive, additionally the car manual is on the screen and anything you need to find you can search and hover over a hot spot and it’s all there. I also had a hard time deciding on the particular color and the car with the exact specification had to be brought in from Virginia which Karissa facilitated with patience and efficiency, even giving me a new loaner in the process.. The whole buying process took less than an hour which was also something I was not used to. Karissa and Todd are truly the best sales team I have ever worked with and went out of their way to make my buying experience extraordinarily.
