He got us the truck to do a test drive -- we loved it and were able to make a great deal, including trade-in so the deal worked for both parties. I am from MA, but I'd def take the hour ride back up if they had another vehicle I was interested in!

I bought my 2014 Chevy Sonic there new and since then they have kept it running like new. Their Sales people offer assistance without pressure, and the quality of their service department is fantastic. The treat their customers like family. The five star rating is too low for the satisfaction I've felt over the years.

We've just completed lease renewal where we're repeat customer at Lovering volvo; I contacted Dan Carlen few days before for an appointment; when we arrived in the morning, all the cars that we wanted to test drive have already been made readily available. We test drove both XC60 and 90, and asked around about the V series. When we decided on the car, the process to finalize the sale was professionally done and without stress. I really hope every dealership has a sales person like Dan, because he really turned a frustrating and annoying process of finding and negotiating for a car into a stress-free process. Best experience this retired couple has ever had buying a vehicle. Masha was a knowledgeable, helpful, and no pressure sales person. Of the 3 dealerships we contacted this one excels in inventory, best deals, and organization. Rochester was a huge disappointment when the fast talking pressure type manager got involved, we walked away. Nu Car in Tilton wouldn't honor their posted price on Auto Trader and no mention of the dealer incentive, just their version of MSRP.
