On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. Shortly after my arrival at Patrick, I was very lucky that I was courteously approached by Belen Amador, my Client Advisor. Because she was not pushy (I appreciated that very much), I chose to accept Belen’s assistance throughout the buying process. I was pleased that I had a seamless transaction because of Belen Amador’s expertise and exemplary customer service. She was knowledgeable, helpful and thorough before, during and after the sale. Patrick Volvo is fortunate to have Belen on their staff because she is an excellent representative for their dealership. There is no question that when I need another Volvo, I will most definitely contact Belen. It was my pleasure that I had the opportunity to do business with her. From the beginning of my on-line purchase, Blake Harper walked me through purchase procedure, explaining every question that I had. Although my chosen Yukon was (in transit), Blake kept me updated on it's arrival. When I arrived at ROYAL, Blake met my wife and I as we drove up. After a short time in the office, we were given a complete introduction to all the features of the Yukon, we took a ride on the road with Blake in the passenger seat introducing all the driving features to us that were new to us. I was absolutely pleased with our purchase and all the members of ROYAL AUTOMOTIVE!

I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

Blake Harper made my experience buying a new car easy. I financed part of it and was able to get a great interest rate. The application process was easy and took less than an hour to complete. Since I was trading in a car, I had to go home to get a few things that went with my trade-in. When I returned, they had washed, prepared, and filled my new car with gas. Everyone there was friendly and smiling. It's hard to believe they had the exact car, color, and accessories I wanted. Thus far, I am also pleased with the Buick Envista-Avenir. It's hard to believe that it has more hip room, leg room, and almost as much cargo space as my larger SUV, which I traded for it. It is quiet, rides very well, handles like a sports car, and gets impressive gas mileage. It's also easier for me to get in and out of it. I would call this a great trade!

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

These folks are SUPERB!! I bought a used Porsche Cayenne and got a stellar deal!! Kolby and Perry Willy are just so kind and so honest and just fantastic to work with. My Porsche had a couple of small issues, just cosmetic basically. They fixed both and went above and beyond. I feel I got a great deal and the best service ever!!!

Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

We were looking for a luxury SUV that handled well and looked great. This was the best SUV that we ever purchased! It is high off the ground and handles well on the highway and in the city. Torque and hp are excellent and the car is whisper quiet on the road. The interior is very luxurious and the leather is soft and comfortable.

My wife went in to buy a car alone, as I was out of state working. She worked with a salesman by the name of Mr. Jolly. He was amazing with her. He showed her the cars she wanted to look at, ran credit through the bank of our request and spent the necessary time it took to seal the deal. He was steadfast, helpful and attentive. I was please to meet Mr. Jolly and thank him personally when I came in a few days later to sign paperwork that she had already signed. She was happy and if mama is happy, I'm happy.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

This car has blown me away. It has all the bells and whistles I wanted and drive like butter! The color is perfect and the rims are bomb! The interior is clean, and very well taken care of.

First test drive the XC90 T8 very impressive with the performance, drove home on the highway car had a lot of vibration, I didn't expect neither suspected the tires of the brand new car would do that, for about 2 months I still still driving the car around town the vibration didn't bother me too much my first initial thought was the steering technology or how it worked then my AC is not working schedule an appointment going to take about 2 weeks in about 1 week later it working fine, I took it to get checked anyway, they replaced the compressor and new refrigerants , I took a long trip in the sommer, AC not working again, this time they changed the capacitor because it intermittent, in about 20000 miles the rechargeable battery wouldn't charge, dealer replaced the charger cable, now at 30000 miles the battery intermittent charging again, it takes two weeks to schedule in order for me to have a loaner to drive home, first time own European car and I did aware of the Volvo electrical issues but that was in the early 2000's, overall I enjoyed the car, handling and performance is great, the technology in there is helping my long drive alot and stuck in traffic PS: I still giving Volvo chance and pray for theirs engineers to get theirs act together.

EchoPark is easily the best experience there is for buying a vehicle. My partner wanted me to get a vehicle that availed itself of all the current self-driving and safety technologies currently on offer, and after much research, this is car I landed own. And the XC40 did not disappoint. I'm approaching my first year of ownership and comfortably say it is the best vehicle I've ever owned. With near seamless adaptable cruise control making multiple long-haul road trips as effortless as driving across town, my Volvo makes me want to drive it anywhere. Stylistically, it's a bit frustrating to now see every car on the road racing to copy its black-roof aggression, but I still get looks from folks who want to know if "that's a Volvo?" Of particular note is how the interior eschewed the trend of tacking on a giant tablet screen, opting instead for a generous dash-embedded interface that is comprehensive, intuitive and instantly responsive. I also love the app-driven features like remote start and customer temperature. The reputation for reliability is well-earned and validated. In summary, the prospect of this car one day needing to be replaced fills me with anxiety because I want to drive it forever. Well done, Volve.

Attractive styling both exterior and interior (for me). Bought a 2021 T-5 R design with Polestar enhanced performance package. It has been trouble free so far and handles and performs very well for a compact SUV. routine service dept. with Volvo has been excellent. Seats are comfortable and the interior space is surprisingly roomy. It took a little bit to get use to the tech, but I was coming from a Tundra, so it was to be expected. The only thing that is subpar is the Navigation system, but I understand that they have now contracted with google maps to provide this service. AWD makes me not worry about the weather. Terrific all around car!

My Subaru Forester was ideal for the task at hand. Salesman Nick, Derrick in service, Ben in mechanics covered all necessary elements. This vehicle was absolutely reliable throughout a 3,000 mile drive through British Columbia to Alaska. The team of CarMax, Hoover AL were as accommodating as possible in preparation and the drive was successful.

Very comfortable and easy getting around town after trading my big xxx Mercedes. Display and interaction very easily followed. First Volvo was 1969 that lasted 20 years. Glad to be back in a Volvo.

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.
