Jimmy, Jesse, Santos - You all are great people and we enjoyed working with each all of you today. They all had their own parts in helping us purchase two CRV Hybrid SUV’s. We have always been a Honda family and we love the brand.

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

I recently purchased a Honda Ridgeline from Auto Network of Wilmington and was impressed with a very seamless experience from initial contact, through financing, and final acquisition. Nick Smith is one of the best salesmen we have ever dealt with. He is personable, knowledgeable, competent, friendly and patient. He never pushed us into buying but instead very competently helped us decide what we wanted. He didn’t try to make us buy an upgrade on things we did not want or need. We honestly felt like we were dealing with either family or a friend. He has kept in touch with us after our purchase and makes his self available to answer any of our questions. My wife and I highly recommend him. We are glad we made the trip from Little River SC for this purchase.

So far so good. Plenty of power and comfort. I am enjoying the electric/hybrid part far more than I anticipated. It may not corner like my S90 did but it’s not too far behind!

This is a beautiful car. Our car is the mid level. Not totally sure it is as luxurious as it's price point. Drives and feels very nice. Feels nimble and safe. Visibility all around is great. Safety features such as the pacing cruise control and lane management are excellent. The gage cluster is minimal with a lot of empty space where they should have put a real fuel gage, not the miniscule 4 dashes that go unlit as the fuel is used. The car has no written user manual. It relies on a very limited one on board which cannot be accessed when the car is moving. Hybrid system is not immediately understood how to make it perform well. Bu once you solve that puzzle it is really good. We found a complete 900 page one on line that goes into the detail we wanted. Also the on board one does not have an index so you get to hunt and guess to find what topic your question is under. This was a major frustration for us. The back seats are very firm, which was surprising at this price point. That is why I knocked the comfort level down. Front seats are wonderful. Lots of rear leg room though. There is a lot of room behind the second row seats when the 3rd row is down, and this suits our travel cargo needs very well. 360 camera is excellent. Fit and finish is superb. The turn signal stalk has too many functions such as head light control. A switch on the dash would be much better easily showing which mode the headlights are in. The various functions are not as intuitive to control or find. There is a learning curve, not a difficult curve, but just jumping into drive it might be the wrong approach. Perhaps it is standard Volvo like not standard BMW like as we were used to. Now that we know the car better we would buy it again.

We had owned a Volvo(XC90) in past years and went into Parkway Volvo to explore the XC60. We were met by Conner Payne, who went over and beyond helping us. He never made us feel rushed or pressured during the purchase. We were especially impressed with his experience and knowledge of the Volvo. He has had several years in selling luxury cars and it shows. We are excited about our new Volvo and look forward to Parkway providing the service and follow-up in owning our vehicle. Had a great experience getting a new 2025 XC 60 this week! I met Jason when I was looking at Volvos in the lot several days ago. He was very personable and took time to show me several features of the car. I went back a couple of days later and test drove the car. The negotiation process went smoothly over that time as I contemplated other brands of cars I like but decided on this one. When I picked the car up, Jason spent time in the car with me showing me the features again and connected my phone for me.

One of the best in-person car purchases I've had. Jason was welcoming without being pushy. He followed through with what we agreed on, and kept his promise to make it easy. Most important to me, he treated my wife like gold. Will absolutely buy here again!
