I loved the polite, caring, and friendly help from everyone there. I dreaded the thought of being followed around and hounded by someone trying to make a sale. Ozzy walked up, introduced himself and asked how he could help. I told him what I wanted in a vehicle and asked to just allow myself to walk the lot. Before buying used, have an independent mechanic check it over. I had a bad experience with the dealer with several expensive issues shortly after my purchase. Brakes, alignment/tires, shock and steering wheel electronics (voice command, radio). The steering wheel electronics problem is common.

I bought 2018 s90 pre owned Volvo about 2wks ago. Was going to buy a Cad they couldn't get the air-condition to work and I live in Fl. so they brought the Volvo. I've heard they are good but never thought of buying one. We drove it and bought it. I can't believe the room it has. No way I can list all the features it has. I have spent hrs watching YouTube to learn how everything works and I still don't know all.

I purchased an Audi A3 from this dealership my Lexus was a total loss on Christmas night due to vandalism. I haven’t bought a used car in over thirty years K G (the manager) made this used car purchase pleasant from start to finish. Hat’s off for the excellent customer service!!

I was reluctant on buying another S60 as my previous 2012 model had engine issues that led to engine failure at just 120,000 miles. However, with the 2017 model having a new engine and transmission setup, I decided to give it another shot. At 115,000 miles I haven’t experienced any mechanical issues of any sort. The performance is pretty great for the small 2.0 liter engine pumping 240 hp which pairs pretty well with the 8 speed automatic transmission sourced from Toyota. The interior is very beautiful with the real leather seats, however for 2017 it was definitely starting to age. The exterior design is absolutely immaculate, however at 7 years old it has started to experience paint chips leading to minor rust. I wouldn’t 100% blame the paint as rocks and road debris also contributed to this. The comfort in the seats is very amazing, however it’s not perfect as the cabin noise is louder than most other luxury cars. Overall I love this car and have been very pleased with its improved reliability.

I have been bringing my 2021 Yukon for service since I bought it at the dealership in 2021. Luke is who I’ve always dealt with for any service. He has been great with good communication and understanding what I have needed. I appreciate his help and thank him for taking care of me and the car.

This is my 3rd S60 and my 4th Volvo. I keep trying others, this time I test drove the Audi S5, and the Alfa Romeo Giula, but went back to the S60 once more. My wife drive the XC90. WE are definitely Volvo loyalist.
