This dealership is comprised of a very accommodating, professional staff. Ali handled my transaction and performed services far beyond the average salesman duties. Linda handled the paper work which was very complicated due to my being a 100% disabled vet and entitled to special plates This is the first dealership I have encountered who knew how to process the asinine, paper work required by the DMV,[ dept. of mutual vilification ].

Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

We just bought their 2012 Hyundai Sonata. They were helpful and weren't pushy at all. They helped us find a car within our budget. They had a lot of inventory.

Love our gently used 2015 Volvo XC60 T6 Turbo wagon. 130k miles on it and we have only had to replace the alternator and battery. Does not burn oil, does not leak oil. Has been a very reliable car. If you do the maintenance and change the oil every 5 thousand miles it will last a long time. Regular oil changes are very important as with any car. Most people don’t do this. The 6 cylinder is one the best engines they have made. Timing chain will last a long time as long as you put new clean oil in the engine every 5k miles. No transmission problems and no differential problems for us. No one likes to spend $2,000 for the 90k service but it’s a big one. Important preventative maintenance will take this car to 200,000 miles. Read the owners manual and follow the service schedule.

First test drive the XC90 T8 very impressive with the performance, drove home on the highway car had a lot of vibration, I didn't expect neither suspected the tires of the brand new car would do that, for about 2 months I still still driving the car around town the vibration didn't bother me too much my first initial thought was the steering technology or how it worked then my AC is not working schedule an appointment going to take about 2 weeks in about 1 week later it working fine, I took it to get checked anyway, they replaced the compressor and new refrigerants , I took a long trip in the sommer, AC not working again, this time they changed the capacitor because it intermittent, in about 20000 miles the rechargeable battery wouldn't charge, dealer replaced the charger cable, now at 30000 miles the battery intermittent charging again, it takes two weeks to schedule in order for me to have a loaner to drive home, first time own European car and I did aware of the Volvo electrical issues but that was in the early 2000's, overall I enjoyed the car, handling and performance is great, the technology in there is helping my long drive alot and stuck in traffic PS: I still giving Volvo chance and pray for theirs engineers to get theirs act together.

And the XC40 did not disappoint. I'm approaching my first year of ownership and comfortably say it is the best vehicle I've ever owned. With near seamless adaptable cruise control making multiple long-haul road trips as effortless as driving across town, my Volvo makes me want to drive it anywhere. Stylistically, it's a bit frustrating to now see every car on the road racing to copy its black-roof aggression, but I still get looks from folks who want to know if "that's a Volvo?" Of particular note is how the interior eschewed the trend of tacking on a giant tablet screen, opting instead for a generous dash-embedded interface that is comprehensive, intuitive and instantly responsive. I also love the app-driven features like remote start and customer temperature. The reputation for reliability is well-earned and validated. In summary, the prospect of this car one day needing to be replaced fills me with anxiety because I want to drive it forever. Well done, Volve.

It is simple in design but makes up for it in amenities and performance. It is grossly over powered. It has a simplistic design and the tech is very simple and easy to maneuver. Over all it was the best option for an EV with the ones on the market up to 2024 for price and performance.

We worked with Yevgeniy who was very knowledgeable about the Polestar, low key about the process without any of the "old school" high pressure dealership practices that is old and full of xx. The process was completely straightforward with all costs being laid out in advance with now non of the "hidden fees" nonsense of other dealers. The price is as shown without any negotiatin, along with a small document fee of $85, tax and registration. What a great way to purchase a car. The whole process took less than two hours and we bought a lovely car. We also met with Troy Johnson, who was one of the first employees in the company who provided us the final paperwork. We already have had a few road trips with our new XC90 Recharge and we love it. It is very spacious, comfortable, solid handling, and terrific driving features like Pilot Assist. The car is very sophisticated and takes a while to get things set up but that was part of the fun with this vehicle. One thing we wish was available is a rear view camera display when driving. We had a loaded vehicle and view was obstructed with rear view mirror. Another thing we missed on this car is the doors will not automatically lock when exiting the car like on our other GM and Toyota cars. The Pilot Assist is an excellent feature but it could still use some refinement. Exit and entrance lanes will sometimes fool it and car will steer towards them. There are also times when it will oscillate back and forth a little bit but all in all I used the feature most of the time on our long road trips. One reason we purchased this vehicle was for the plug-in feature. It is so nice to be able to do short local trips all on electric. It doesn't quite get me back and forth to work all on electric but it covers most of the trip. That feature will save us trips to the gas pump and wear on the engine. The handling feels very solid and more sedan like than a lot of SUV's we have driven so it feels more secure. You do feel more of the bumps, but for us that is a fair trade-off. The back seat had plenty of room for our adult kids and a good amount of cargo space for the dog and luggage. It was nice for the dog to have a middle seat that folded down separately so the crate could be in the back and the dog could come out and visit. The automatic wipers and head lights are also really nice features and the 360 degree camera for parking is very nice. It is just a terrific road vehicle packed with really nice features with lots of room, and comfort.

Love the C40. Sporty car ride and acceleration. Refined interior and worthy infotainment. Styling is top notch and simply a great looking car. Charging will not be an issue once able to use Teslas Supercharger Network.

Absolutely great experience buying a car this dealership. We are near San Francisco so we're able to take some test drives. Every car they offer was detailed to the hilt. The staff was super friendly and informative. We got a very satisfactory deal on a low milage EV. I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

As usual, the drop off was easy, my service advisor was great, my service was completed in a timely fashion, and it was returned clean!
