Gorgeous inside and out and brilliantly designed. This car purrs when you accelerate. Not only is it the safest car on the road, its luxurious and fun to drive.

Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

From scheduling my home appointment with Paullie to Bryan arriving at my home to change my oil it was very easy and convenient. I recommend it to anyone.

I knew what I was going on the lot for and was hoping for a fast, easy sale. Jess Thomas (my salesman) was incredibly cordial (both on the phone and in-person), met me at the door and was ready to go. He was thorough with everything, up front with the Carfax report, and answered any of my questions. He also had the patience of a saint when my phone was acting up while I was trying to get a picture of my previous vehicle's insurance brought up. The two gentlemen named David who assisted with the buying process and signing over of the vehicle I traded in were also excellent. They didn't try to throw on a bunch of costly bells and whistles like at other places, either. If you know what you're looking for, they absolutely are willing to work with you in whatever manner they can to get the best deal for you both.

Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

We just bought a car from Executive Automotive, and our experience with them was stellar. Kyle worked with us , and he couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. The one thing he was not was pushy. He allowed us time to drive cars and deliberate on our own. He took time to answer questions and give us a thorough summary of the cars we were interested in. We went back today to pick up our car, and Kyle seemed as happy for us as we were! Such a deeply kind, honest man. Everyone at Executive Automotive was friendly and welcoming, and the car inventory was impressive. I do not typically write a review, but our experience was so positive, I felt compelled to share it. I loved my XC90 but traded it due to the cost of fuel. I drive 40 miles a day roundtrip to work. I would easily go through a tank of gas in four days. Best mileage I ever got was about 22 highway. The XC90 is a heavy SUV and shaped like a block. Not a lot of aerodynamics. As for comfort and luxury you can't go wrong the XC 90 is pure luxury and has great pickup and handling. Just be aware the mileage is not good.

Clint took care if our issues and helped get things covered that BMW fought. He also gave good advice on trim orotection. We still love the car.

Head Light control can not be seen on the column at night. Stock tires were horrible. I switched to yokohama's. The rims design in terrible. There is a space behind the spokes which allows for dirt and brake dust to build up. Difficult to give a finished look when detailing. Plus I can't use the GPS. NOT convenient to communicate with. Engine noise is disturbing. Biggest thing is the TPM. Would prefer it to actually read the psi of each tire. Raises your anxiety not knowing the true pressure.

Everyone was nice. Very professional. Didn't check fluids though. Didn't check tire pressure. Overall it was a good place and the people were cool as xxxx

Flawless, I can't say enough about today's experience. Everyone that had a hand in my purchase was exceptional. Big shout out to Russ Singelton. Nicest human. So greatful he sold me my new vehicle. Russ explained ever detail about buy of my new vehicle. I had no questions about any of the paperwork I was signing. Then the best was he tought me how to understand the many options my vehicle came with. Never dreamed of buying a car at Aristocrat. So greatful I did. I will always refer Aristocrat Lee's Summit.

This is a beautiful car. Our car is the mid level. Not totally sure it is as luxurious as it's price point. Drives and feels very nice. Feels nimble and safe. Visibility all around is great. Safety features such as the pacing cruise control and lane management are excellent. The gage cluster is minimal with a lot of empty space where they should have put a real fuel gage, not the miniscule 4 dashes that go unlit as the fuel is used. The car has no written user manual. It relies on a very limited one on board which cannot be accessed when the car is moving. Hybrid system is not immediately understood how to make it perform well. Bu once you solve that puzzle it is really good. We found a complete 900 page one on line that goes into the detail we wanted. Also the on board one does not have an index so you get to hunt and guess to find what topic your question is under. This was a major frustration for us. The back seats are very firm, which was surprising at this price point. That is why I knocked the comfort level down. Front seats are wonderful. Lots of rear leg room though. There is a lot of room behind the second row seats when the 3rd row is down, and this suits our travel cargo needs very well. 360 camera is excellent. Fit and finish is superb. The turn signal stalk has too many functions such as head light control. A switch on the dash would be much better easily showing which mode the headlights are in. The various functions are not as intuitive to control or find. There is a learning curve, not a difficult curve, but just jumping into drive it might be the wrong approach. Perhaps it is standard Volvo like not standard BMW like as we were used to. Now that we know the car better we would buy it again.

Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. Rick Gross was our salesperson. He did a wonderful job explaining every aspect of our purchase. Matthew and Sharon handle the financial side of our purchase and also was clear on 30-day refund policy and purchase of our Kicks. I would highly recommend this CarMax in Independence; they took time to give us peace of mind on our new Nissan Kicks.

Fantastic dealership. They worked with me and dealt with every curveball from credit issues to simple communication problems without skipping a beat. Got the truck I wanted at a great price, better than just about every dealer in the region. Even helped me turn in my rental and detailed the truck before driving it off the lot, and gave me a gas card for some extra drive time, DESPITE the dealership having been closed for the day when the deal was done. You could tell their priority was getting me a vehicle I was happy with, not making a sale, which was a huge relief. Personable staff, honest dealing. Would recommend them any day of the week!

Great commuter car. Adaptive cruise control is better than most. Good mpg. Very attractive. Agile and good is small spaces ( city driving ). Base sound system should have more power.

CarMax is nice except that they do the "No-Haggle Price" thing, which is lame. It was nice though and the man who helped me test drive the car I'm looking at was really nice.

This is my second Volvo. I first had a 2004 S60, which I traded in for this 2013 XC60. The SUV has a great ride and I love the ability to switch to a stick shift, which makes the car feel sporty. Overall, the car is trouble free. LIke me other Volvo, the transmission sometimes is hard to move. I actually had to replace the tranmission in the S60. This vehicle has traveled cross country, where it gets great gas mileage, with using regular gas, not high test. The city gas mileage, I live in Chicago, is not very good! The required maintenance from the Volvo dealer can be expensive, but repairs at the dealer I feel are overpriced! I got the extended warranty, which I feel was a waste of money. Overall, I really like the Volvo brand! They are fairly maintenance free and last a long time. My previous Volvo had about 110,000 miles and this one has about 63,000 miles.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2016 Cadillac XTS from Wood Nissan Motor Company. We had a top-quality experience all the way around. Our salesperson, Jess Thomas, was experienced, respectful, and went out of his way to provide the best buying experience. I left a message on a third-party website on a holiday week-end and Jess Thomas contacted me via text right away, which was impressive. We were from out-of-town (150 miles away) and so when I spoke on the phone with Jess Thomas on Monday about the car provided all the information clearly and he volunteered to send me a personal video of the car. All of the negotiations for the car and our trade-in were conducted via phone in a professional manner. I believe the final numbers were fair to us and fair to the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership Jess treated us wonderful and did everything possible to get us in and out in a timely manner. Please ask for Jess Thomas when you are looking or searching for your next vehicle. If he does not have it he can find it for you. I also want to express that dealing with the Finance representative Jeff was a pleasure as well. Jeff recommended and provided the information and products that we needed. We financed the car and purchased an extended warranty and are glad we did. Jeff did a great job. This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

Great car. I compare it with a high-end Mercedes that I own, Volvo is generally better built, more comfortable especially on extra long trips, quieter on the road, and intuitive in most use cases. The Bowers and Wilkins sound system is definitely superior to anything I’ve heard in high-end vehicles. The interior design is minimalistic, and the car lacks the prestige that comes with the price. From a reliability stand point, it has never put us down, and has almost completely overcome the early Goole system glitches.

Just crossed two years and 25,000 miles. LOVE this car. The Google infotainment is well-designed and super easy to access and use. There are redundant options for navigation and I believe the instrument cluster is one of the cleanest and best I've experienced. I have the B5 AWD and acceleration and go is very quick and the car rides effortlessly. The lane keeping and lane centering and semi-autonomous driving on major roads is unobtrustive and quite pleasant. I drove six hours in a rainstorm and the car was more effective at tracking the lane markers than I was. Handling could maybe be more sporty. The 2nd row is very comfortable too. Outside of some early infotainment gremlins that first six months from the new Google system, zero issues of any kind.

This car exceeds what’s most important to our family. Driver’s main cabinets and dashboard are easily available. Car identifies and responses to outside objects quickly. Such a smooth and quite ride. As noted in some reviews. The touch screen is a bit delay in response. Otherwise. It’s a great ride.
