Never trusted car lots until we bought our first Subaru at McLaughlin's. We've never had a pushy salesman. Everyone is polite and friendly and allow my dog in. Bought our last two from Scott Schnabel, a super nice guy. Service department is also extremely friendly, and reasonably priced.

While a purchase was not made, The sales person we met with was a pleasant change from other dealership sales associates we have encountered. I was travelling from Florida to Iowa due to Hurricane Milton. About halfway there (in Nashville), my check-engine light came on. I was able to drive it safely to Iowa, where they got me in the next day for service (they had the part in stock.) Then, after they fixed my car, they sent me a video of the entire inspection they did. I was very impressed. Thank you, guys! Great job!!!!!
