This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

This is a first class operation. In and out quick with a complimentary car wash included. you feel pampered at this dealership. Michelle in Service, was very attentive. I have owned 2 Volvo's and both have been amazing including the 22 XC60 PHEV. I once had to wait for a part for longer than I would have liked but I was in a service loaner that was an upgrade to my car so I'm not really complaining. Overall, the car is quick, great on gas when I'm not using Electric daily. It's comfortable, great to look at, it can tow small boats/campers and is great for a small family/couple. I couldn't have been happier, it was just what I needed before going all the way EV.

I love my volvo. I have one that is fully loaded, and it is so luxe and fun to drive. The turbo makes it literally zoomier than my husband's mustang, but it can also go all day without any gas at all if I need to use it in pure mode.

First test drive the XC90 T8 very impressive with the performance, drove home on the highway car had a lot of vibration, I didn't expect neither suspected the tires of the brand new car would do that, for about 2 months I still still driving the car around town the vibration didn't bother me too much my first initial thought was the steering technology or how it worked then my AC is not working schedule an appointment going to take about 2 weeks in about 1 week later it working fine, I took it to get checked anyway, they replaced the compressor and new refrigerants , I took a long trip in the sommer, AC not working again, this time they changed the capacitor because it intermittent, in about 20000 miles the rechargeable battery wouldn't charge, dealer replaced the charger cable, now at 30000 miles the battery intermittent charging again, it takes two weeks to schedule in order for me to have a loaner to drive home, first time own European car and I did aware of the Volvo electrical issues but that was in the early 2000's, overall I enjoyed the car, handling and performance is great, the technology in there is helping my long drive alot and stuck in traffic PS: I still giving Volvo chance and pray for theirs engineers to get theirs act together.

Head Light control can not be seen on the column at night. Stock tires were horrible. I switched to yokohama's. The rims design in terrible. There is a space behind the spokes which allows for dirt and brake dust to build up. Difficult to give a finished look when detailing. Plus I can't use the GPS. NOT convenient to communicate with. Engine noise is disturbing. Biggest thing is the TPM. Would prefer it to actually read the psi of each tire. Raises your anxiety not knowing the true pressure.

We already have had a few road trips with our new XC90 Recharge and we love it. It is very spacious, comfortable, solid handling, and terrific driving features like Pilot Assist. The car is very sophisticated and takes a while to get things set up but that was part of the fun with this vehicle. One thing we wish was available is a rear view camera display when driving. We had a loaded vehicle and view was obstructed with rear view mirror. Another thing we missed on this car is the doors will not automatically lock when exiting the car like on our other GM and Toyota cars. The Pilot Assist is an excellent feature but it could still use some refinement. Exit and entrance lanes will sometimes fool it and car will steer towards them. There are also times when it will oscillate back and forth a little bit but all in all I used the feature most of the time on our long road trips. One reason we purchased this vehicle was for the plug-in feature. It is so nice to be able to do short local trips all on electric. It doesn't quite get me back and forth to work all on electric but it covers most of the trip. That feature will save us trips to the gas pump and wear on the engine. The handling feels very solid and more sedan like than a lot of SUV's we have driven so it feels more secure. You do feel more of the bumps, but for us that is a fair trade-off. The back seat had plenty of room for our adult kids and a good amount of cargo space for the dog and luggage. It was nice for the dog to have a middle seat that folded down separately so the crate could be in the back and the dog could come out and visit. The automatic wipers and head lights are also really nice features and the 360 degree camera for parking is very nice. It is just a terrific road vehicle packed with really nice features with lots of room, and comfort.

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

Kurt helped me buy my first car and he was great! I was very insecure with the process, but he put my worries to rest. The whole sale happened faster than expected, but it's been a week now and I'm very happy with my car!!! Additionally the financial advisor was awesome. Jerry was her name and though my credit was a bit messy she was able to explain to me all of my choices now and in the future. My partner wanted me to get a vehicle that availed itself of all the current self-driving and safety technologies currently on offer, and after much research, this is car I landed own. And the XC40 did not disappoint. I'm approaching my first year of ownership and comfortably say it is the best vehicle I've ever owned. With near seamless adaptable cruise control making multiple long-haul road trips as effortless as driving across town, my Volvo makes me want to drive it anywhere. Stylistically, it's a bit frustrating to now see every car on the road racing to copy its black-roof aggression, but I still get looks from folks who want to know if "that's a Volvo?" Of particular note is how the interior eschewed the trend of tacking on a giant tablet screen, opting instead for a generous dash-embedded interface that is comprehensive, intuitive and instantly responsive. I also love the app-driven features like remote start and customer temperature. The reputation for reliability is well-earned and validated. In summary, the prospect of this car one day needing to be replaced fills me with anxiety because I want to drive it forever. Well done, Volve.

This is a beautiful car. Our car is the mid level. Not totally sure it is as luxurious as it's price point. Drives and feels very nice. Feels nimble and safe. Visibility all around is great. Safety features such as the pacing cruise control and lane management are excellent. The gage cluster is minimal with a lot of empty space where they should have put a real fuel gage, not the miniscule 4 dashes that go unlit as the fuel is used. The car has no written user manual. It relies on a very limited one on board which cannot be accessed when the car is moving. Hybrid system is not immediately understood how to make it perform well. Bu once you solve that puzzle it is really good. We found a complete 900 page one on line that goes into the detail we wanted. Also the on board one does not have an index so you get to hunt and guess to find what topic your question is under. This was a major frustration for us. The back seats are very firm, which was surprising at this price point. That is why I knocked the comfort level down. Front seats are wonderful. Lots of rear leg room though. There is a lot of room behind the second row seats when the 3rd row is down, and this suits our travel cargo needs very well. 360 camera is excellent. Fit and finish is superb. The turn signal stalk has too many functions such as head light control. A switch on the dash would be much better easily showing which mode the headlights are in. The various functions are not as intuitive to control or find. There is a learning curve, not a difficult curve, but just jumping into drive it might be the wrong approach. Perhaps it is standard Volvo like not standard BMW like as we were used to. Now that we know the car better we would buy it again.

This was my first time buying from Audi of Stevens Creek. This is a great place to buy a car...ANY car. They treated me with courtesy, all the while prioritizing me and attending to my needs. If had any questions, they were only too happy to help out. My salesperson, Alfredo, was such a nice guy, always willing to take of me and my wife. What a great experience! This is how it should be in all car dealerships! I will easily recommend this dealership that offers such a variety of vehicles, trim levels, etc., as well as excellent customer service. They really take care of their customers. They want to make sure the customer will want to come back, and I will!

So far so good. Plenty of power and comfort. I am enjoying the electric/hybrid part far more than I anticipated. It may not corner like my S90 did but it’s not too far behind!
