This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

No haggle pricing here. Erica was an awesome salesperson, ask for her. Easy transaction, in and out in less than 90 minutes. Mainly as long as you're good with the price, they take you upstairs to finance. Car gets prepped in the meantime with full tank of gas etc. It came back really clean after buying.

Waited a long time to go from a 2010 to a 2020 XC60. There is no comparison to the fit, comfort, and digital experience. The stereo is outstanding. Like night and day. And I really like the older XC60!

Buying a Hyundai at Norm Reeves Hyundai was a positive experience. Cesar is a great sales representative to work with. My whole family wanted to help me and he was very patient and helpful to us all as he fielded questions about all aspects of the car.

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

My wife and I bought a 2021 kickehs with very low miles from them. I am in my 50's and was the best buying experience that I ever had! I got it from IDEAL AUTO a few months ago, as the gas price is tooo high, and installed a charging pile in my home, so I can use electricity within 70 kilometers every day. If I go beyond the distance occasionally, I will not feel anxious about charging. I can walk whenever I want.

Had an unexpected pleasant new car buying experience at DMcD Ford Fort Worth! Ty, the salesperson, was knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time showing different vehicles and sharing information. He did a great job! Aaron the sales manager made the deal with us in a Bronco Sport and we couldn?t be happier! Good people in the stressful buying process. The only negative is the terrible music at the otherwise clean and attractive dealership. May seem minor but when you?re sitting for 3-4 hours in the purchase process or service it is terrible! There are top 3 worse sounds in the world. 1. Nails on chalkboard 2. The music at David McDavid Ford and 3. A drunk hyena at a Nickelback concert! But you can leave a Nickelback concert! JK! But seriously fix the MUSIC! You can have different genres different days for the love of Bronco! I?m sitting here now in the service dept dying in flute-land.

My brother-in-law recommended that I check out car max when needing to purchase a good used car. First I went on line to see what cars were available. I found exactly what I wanted, in my budget, at the Plano location. Luis Delatorre, my fabulous agent, at the Fort Worth, River Ranch Blvd., had the car transported to Fort Worth and I purchased it on sight! I Drove it around the block, and had all the paperwork efficiently delivered to me within 30 minutes! I've found my future dealership and will recommend Car Max to anyone who will listen to me!

Went to this Carmax off of an advertised vehicle. Vehcile was as advertised with no hidden charges or add-ons. We wanted to look at others and the salesperson walked us through all available vehicles. We ended up wanting to see one at another Carmax They set up arrangeents and we went to the other Carmax and purchased that vehicle. Both dealerships were very helpful and courteous. Price was better than other dealerships and there was no haggling. Actually a very easy buying process. I have not found a better price at ay other dealership in the area.

I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

From the finance department Jarvi was great and understanding to my concerns and my budget. Very unusual SUV for a luxury model. Interior and exterior are well designed and made. There are numerous perks, such as having Google verbally operate many SUV functions. It’s a hybrid with a small battery that collects energy to provide minimal better gas mileage. Moving the steering wheel is manual. Very disturbing for a luxury vehicle. There is no interior mood lighting for night operating. Seat comfort and overall room is more than adequate. It has center steering which I love. Its heads-up display has minimal display options other than speed and directions. Overall, a nice SUV. Just takes some getting used to.

We are so impressed on how we were treated and the amount of kindness that exists at Grubbs Volvo. We are usually BMW & Mercedes drivers and have been with a neighboring dealership for over 12 years. Was a very easy process. Got a trade in value for our vehicle ahead of going to the dealership. Car was ready for us to see when we got there. They didn’t try to put us in anything other than the vehicle we were interested in. Whole process from when we got there to driving off with the new car was only a little over two hours.
