And Dan, the financing manager, impressed me with his honesty ? he explained the pros and cons clearly, without pushing extras I didn?t need, so I could make an informed decision. Compared to previous Chevy purchases at other dealerships, this was night and day. Everything was fast, transparent, and done with genuine care. They even followed up the next week to check in. We have owned various cars in past to include Chevrolet (Monte Carlo), Cadillac’s Deville/Eldorado), BMW’s (740i/740IL) and Volvo’s (240/244/V70) and now 2018 Volvo SUV XC90 T5. So far the XC90 out performs all of them with respect to comfort, ride, safety features and even gas economy is very good for size/weight of vehicle. Only draw back is premium gas required for this car but I have used mid range on/off and no noticeable loss of performance. Also most people that have seen our XC 90 make positive comments on color, wheels, interior, storage space, etc. Also purchased the T5 model with 7 seats for the family and three grandkids. Excellent SUV for the past 4 yrs (35k road miles). Recently purchased an Endurance extended warranty to 133k/5 yrs. We expect to drive this SUV like other Volvo’s 150k miles or more.

Purchased my pre-owned Volvo at Alan Buyer last year, have had no issues and the servicing team has been kind and helpful! Really nice staff overall.

The car has really nice performance and drives very nicely but a few quirks. First the manuals are only available digitally and in many cases it’s a complex game to find what you are looking for. The search function is not forgiving. In other cases the information is weak and missing key elements. Some settings are sticky (rain sensor for the wipers), others are not ( auto high-beams), with no rationale. The controls on the left side of the steering wheel are a mystery and the customization on the dash board view is either: show the map or don’t show the map ( which disappears when you shift into reverse). The sound controls for the radio are lacking: no fader or balance controls. Lastly, if you want your garage door opener controls integrated into the car, be prepared to shell out another $995.

I came from 4 hours away to look at a XC70 and Brennin let me take the test drive myself. He was very kind & patient. The car was not exactly what I wanted and Brennin was a perfect gentleman and said if we can help in the future please let him know. I would absolutely recommend the Dealership.

We could not be happier with the recent service we received at Alan Byer! One of our Volvos unexpectedly had an engine issue involving burnt valves and excessive carbon build-up. Roman got it in immediately and Dustin evaluated the situation and helped us obtain good-will assistance from Volvo, thereby saving us from an otherwise very costly repair! This is a perfect example of how Long term customer relationships built on loyalty and trust pays off, as we’ve always ONLY had Alan Byer service our Volvos so they have the full history of our cars. We are always happy with our service. And we have always greatly appreciated Dustin Beauchene the service manager who always goes above and beyond to help the customers. He always does a great job at keeping us updated on what is needed on our Volvos. He is not only very knowledgeable but also absolutely trustworthy to work with. Thanks to the amazing service team at Alan Byer, we have been blessed with the peace of mind whenever we leave our cars with them, knowing everything is done correctly. Reliability, accuracy, and most importantly, Dustin and his team, are the reasons why we will continue to be loyal customers of Volvo and Alan Byer.
