Golling Kia in Madison Heights is a great dealership. I leased my Hybrid Niro there in April and absolutely love the car. I just took it in for its first oil change, tire rotation and safety inspection. Only took a little over a hour to complete it. Had great service and a clean car when I left. My car is ready for the winter. Golling is the only Kia Dealer I'll do business with.

I have driven Volvos for a very long time. My 2002 V70XC was my absolute favorite. I just donated it. My first impression was the dealer and I went with one closest to my home. My big mistake. THE CAR - for an SUV the seats sit very low and are not very adjustable. The gear shift functionality is very difficult to get used to - and all the alarms. Being a mechanical engineer, I liked, no, loved the older Volvos for their functionality and interior space. The XC60 has very little cargo space. There are too many bells and whistles you need to QR scan the visor for the manual! The mpg are pitiful - I am getting maybe 15 mpg, with little pick up- the 4 liter engine is not as good as the predecessors. I was worried about the no "cold weather package" - all volvos anywhere have the same battery and the sales guy had no idea what cold cranking meant. HOWEVER, I must say when we had an ice storm and the car was a solid piece of ice the doors opened and the car started right up. BUT it did take 30 minutes + to warm up the windshield to get rid of the ice. AND my hands were so cold trying to scrape the ice off - they were too cold for the display to read my touch! The sales rep was so proud of the heated windshield wipers (?) -I prefer being able to raise the wipers during a snow storm. Here you have to put the wipers in maintenance mode and then move them out. Too many steps to get basics done (and have warm hands). I also can't stand the smudged touch screen from all the swiping and touching. Just looks dirty. BTW don't buy accessories from the dealer. I wanted rails for the top and they were asking $800 list but I could get them for $500. You can buy them from amazon or Volvo direct for $200. It's a Volvo and I have high expectations. I think it is an expensive car and I have not owned it long enough to determine value.

While I was getting the typical runaround and bloated bottom line from another dealership, Kyle was up front and worked with what I was looking for… all while I was in limbo and taking a chance to drive an hour and a half on a hope. Waited a long time to go from a 2010 to a 2020 XC60. There is no comparison to the fit, comfort, and digital experience. The stereo is outstanding. Like night and day. And I really like the older XC60!

Very knowledgeable service staff. They have always been fair with me and the long service I got out of my previous vehicle attests to the great care they took of my car. I've been going to this dealership for over 20 years and am now on my fourth Volvo from them. Highly recommended. I have most often had Chris as my service advisor and he is great.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. This is my third Volvo and my favorite model of the three. It is the perfect car for me. It is a very comfortable car to drive. I love the design of the car. It has a lot of storage in the back. It has an easy system to pop down the seats for bigger loads. My XC 60 is a super nice looking car on the exterior too. It is a great car for around town and has also been perfect for longer road trips.

The service at this dealer is second to none. Between the GM, Kate and sales rep, Jackson I was so satisifed with everything. I've never written a review for a dealership before but, they made my car buying experience so enjoyable that I had to let people know. There's so much more I could say. If you're in the market for a car give this dealer a chance.

I got it from IDEAL AUTO a few months ago, as the gas price is tooo high, and installed a charging pile in my home, so I can use electricity within 70 kilometers every day. If I go beyond the distance occasionally, I will not feel anxious about charging. I can walk whenever I want.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

Awesome experience buying our Cadillac DTS. Jay is very helpful. He suggested the best possible financing with a local Credit Union. The process was easy and done mostly online and phone. When it was time to pick up the car, it was clean and ready to go. We were able to save a little money by transferring a plate from our previous car, which Jay took care of... no trip to Secretary of State will be required! I was in and out the door, driving home in less than an hour.

Very good, no pressure, honest experience. The salesman, Alex, listened to any concerns we had and acted on them. My only mixed reaction was the financing. As to the online financing, I filled it out but I don’t think the dealership looked at it and offered a local credit union financing. We wanted to put a large amount as a down payment by they advised us to get a bigger loan ; that banks wouldn’t bother with smaller loans. I question this, but didn’t know how to do this with online financing.

I loved my XC90 but traded it due to the cost of fuel. I drive 40 miles a day roundtrip to work. I would easily go through a tank of gas in four days. Best mileage I ever got was about 22 highway. The XC90 is a heavy SUV and shaped like a block. Not a lot of aerodynamics. As for comfort and luxury you can't go wrong the XC 90 is pure luxury and has great pickup and handling. Just be aware the mileage is not good.

Employees were welcoming, kind, and the environment was pleasant. Jackie was amazing and helped me to find a vehicle pretty quick and provided me with an abundance of resources. Customer service was phenomenal, I love the car that was chosen for and I?m going to continue being a customer. Thank you Jackie and Ford Conpany for making this a wonderful experience.

I had a very nice experience will waiting for my wife's car in service. She was not able to take it into service and she told me how nice everyone is at this dealership. She was correct. I was treated very well and they kept me in the loop every step of the way and her car was being worked on.

Suburban Volvo surpassed my every expectations! They had a vehicle I was interested in, I reached out and John Smith made it happen! Called that morning, was viewing the car that afternoon...he followed up with a no-pressure call and I owned the car the next day! This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.
