I visited on the second day being opened and had a great experience in buying a 2022 Explorer and trading in a 2016. It was seamless. Had an issue with the new car that turned out to be a factory defect that they had Ford correct. All good. I’ll be back.

My first Volvo coming from BMW’s. It’s very affordable to fix and initial cost. It’s comfortable and heated front and rear seats and steering wheel was a real selling point. Automatic transmission shifts ok also has sport mode or manual shifting options. Gas mileage is decent. Has start stop option you can turn on or off. Back up cam is great. Visibility all around is great for being a larger vehicle. No blind spots. Love it so far!

An incredible buying experience. Carlo went above and beyond when assisting me in selecting and purchasing my Volvo. All car sales representatives should take a lesson from Carlo. After 3 other Volvo purchases over the years, Danbury Volvo has become my "go to" dealer from now on. There should be a 5+ star rating!

I have now driven the Volvo V60 CC for three weeks and I'm very happy with my purchase. It is very comfortable and has a number of safety features. The gas mileage is exactly as advertised, 25 mpg of mixed driving.

Buying a used car from Hertz was made very easy by Jeremy W. in Smithtown, Drove my new car home that same day. Very happy with my purchase, car drives great. Would have given 5 star and will change all to 5 star when I am given the extra key and booklet. The only snag in the purchase was I was given one key and no booklet for the car. Absolutely amasing dealership. When I reached out to them about a vehicle they had, I had some very strict guidelines for what I wanted, what I could spend and what i had to put down. All of which was far outside the realm of possibility, considering my credit was not so great. Or so I thought. Milton was not discouraged in the least and put in serious work to make it happen for me. I was never pressured to consider another vehicle, tho he did offer a couple of options. He was great at communicating throughout the whole process about his attempts with different lenders and what documents I would need to provide him with. I have to say, he was far more confident than I was! And in the end, I only had to pay a slightly higher down payment, but got lower monthly payments and got the truck I wanted! Everyone at the dealership was very professional, yet welcoming. There was never any pressure, at all. We drove 2 hours to finalise the deal and actually had to wait awhile because MIlton wouldn't let the truck go until it was clean and had had a more than thorough final inspection and servicing. It is also obvious from their inventory, when you're there, that they handpick only the best. I have never had a more pleasant experience buying a car! We will be replacing another car next year, and I won't consider going anywhere else! Thank you Milton! And all your associates who helped make this happen!

I bought the car used from a non-Volvo dealer. I have not been driving much due to the pandemic, but a couple of computer glitches have arisen. I took the car into a Volvo dealer for service on the issue, thank goodness the car is still under warranty. The problem with the auto start-stop feature wasn't working, it was "fixed" but the problem has reoccurred intermittently. And now the side mirrors are not retracting upon shutdown... that isn't good.

Love the interior room and Volvo styling. Tons of convenience and safety features. The 3.0 has plenty of power. Plenty of storage in the back even with the seats up.

This dealership owned by the Riley family has evolved with the times since my first Volvo back in 1980. The main reason I like their service is Paul Zulkeski. Paul comes from a Volvo service background and knows these cars inside out. Bottom line, he gets the right job done the first time. I have no idea what I'll do in terms of service when the time comes that he is no longer there.
