Great design with the Cross Country XC70 all wheel drive. We have owned many Volvo wagons for many years. We did compare to the Subaru Outback, which is an excellent all wheel drive wagon, but found the Volvo fit and finish and overall ergonomics to be superior.

Bought it New in December 2012. We have had very few problems over the 11 years we have owned it. Granted we only have 85,000 miles +/-, but I would love to get an updated 2024 version of this Volvo. If I had it to do again I would definitely buy it.

V90 is a hard to find Volvo Model. I looked for 1 or 2 year old one for a long time. Beautiful looking car that I have gotten many complements on. New it was a little out of my price range but at 2 years old I paid Cash. the quality of fit and finish in and out is superior. very comfortable seats with lots of adjustments. Real good on long trips. Fuel Economy for a 4000 pound car is excellent. Do not regret buying this car.

Came in for routine service and was helped by Brad. Even though it was routine Brad asked about the car (crv hybrid) performance if I had any concerns. I asked about poor mileage of the car and he said he would have the mechanics look at it at no extra cost. For me that illustrated this dealerships concern for their customer. Two hours later my car was ready to go and I left with satisfaction of having a job well done!

My first Volvo coming from BMW’s. It’s very affordable to fix and initial cost. It’s comfortable and heated front and rear seats and steering wheel was a real selling point. Automatic transmission shifts ok also has sport mode or manual shifting options. Gas mileage is decent. Has start stop option you can turn on or off. Back up cam is great. Visibility all around is great for being a larger vehicle. No blind spots. Love it so far!

I bought the car used from a non-Volvo dealer. I have not been driving much due to the pandemic, but a couple of computer glitches have arisen. I took the car into a Volvo dealer for service on the issue, thank goodness the car is still under warranty. The problem with the auto start-stop feature wasn't working, it was "fixed" but the problem has reoccurred intermittently. And now the side mirrors are not retracting upon shutdown... that isn't good.

I bought a used 2012 XC70 AWD with 65,000 miles after we were rear-ended in my Volvo 940. Before that one I had a 740 wagon in which I drove almost half a million trouble-free miles. I am not a fan of FWD (that's what this really is with traction control) but my mechanic told me the 3.2 engine was decent. After a test drive, I was really impressed and the turning radius wasn't bad so I bought it. I've now driven about 15,000 miles in it in varying conditions and I am hugely impressed. Despite its having 6 cylinders, the gas mileage is slightly better than my 940 and the difference in driving experience is like night and day. Although it doesn't corner quite as well as my earlier RWD models, the ride is much smoother and infinitely more comfortable. The seats are superb and the engine is so quiet, it almost feels like an electric vehicle. I love the heft of the chassis and the slightly higher ride than a regular car. The folks who have the turbo model speak highly of the performance, but the way I drive, the non-turbo one has plenty of power for my needs. The biggest pity is Volvo doesn't make cars like this any more. The newer ones look fancy but their 4 cylinder turbo motors just can't compare with a six. I expect repair costs to be somewhat high because of the way some components are situated under the hood, being difficult to get to, but until there's a problem I'm not going to worry about it. I love the 6-speed transmission and frankly, there's nothing about the car I don't like. Definitely better than an SUV in every way and more capable off-road than many 4WD vehicles. And it's classy looking. When you open and close the doors you know this is a quality vehicle with excellent engineering and it has safety features second to none.

I purchased a Chevy Silverado 2500HD from Bob Brown Chevrolet on New Years Eve 2025. We had only a very short window of time to get the deal done. My salesman was Nolan Mitchell. Nolan was very responsive, communicated well and was hungry to do business. He handled the sale perfectly! I knew that there would be extra challenges and risk because this was an out of state purchase. I am in Massachusetts and the truck was in Iowa. I bought the truck sight unseen. When the truck was eventually delivered, it was everything I had hoped for. Initially, the truck was missing a spare key and transmitter. Nolan made sure that, in time, I got the spare key and transmitter! Other dealerships maybe wouldn't have done that for me. I think this speaks volumes about their character and how they do business. Other challenges included getting the truck registered and titled in Massachusetts even though it was purchased in Iowa. Mass RMV does not make things easy! Bob Brown Chevrolet's title department worked with me every step of the way to get the truck legal in Massachusetts. Kelcey Firestine in the title department was simple awesome! Bought our first XC70, a 2006 AWD with 185,000 miles. Now with 265,000, only routine maintenance and rear axle control unit repair. Got our second XC70, a 2016 FWD with with 180,000. Now has 203,000, and we pull a 3300# camping trailer with it. Again only routine maintenance. Neither of these cars burns any synthetic engine oil between 5,000 mile changes. I also drain and refill the transmission sump at the same time. I fully expect these cars to last to 300,000 and beyond. These cars are a perfect combination of safety, comfort, durability, style and power. After going airborne and inverted at 55 in an 82 240 wagon--the victims of an idiot--we were delighted to have survived with only whiplash injuries. The roof stayed right there. Equally delighted and impressed that the president of Volvo called the house thanking me for my letter and photos of the aftermath. He explained why they use the steel they do in roof frames. We've driven only Volvos since 1984, and will never drive anything else. We have five in our family.

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

Absolutely love my 2018 V90 CC T6 with every factory option, seats are amazing and the bowers and wilkins sound system is on a different level
