Outstanding Service at Herzog Volkswagen I don’t write reviews very often, but when a business truly stands out, it deserves to be recognized. I originally had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from Herzog Volkswagen a couple of years ago, which is why I chose to return there when my car recently needed service. Once again, they exceeded my expectations. Jenna in the service department made the entire experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Car repairs can easily become frustrating, but Jenna was professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. She even helped coordinate communication with my insurance company to keep everything moving efficiently. What impressed me most was how much effort she put into making sure I wasn’t inconvenienced while my vehicle was being repaired. She took the time to make sure I had transportation arranged so I wouldn’t be left without a car during the repair. My family has trusted Herzog Volkswagen for more than 40 years, and experiences like this are exactly why we continue coming back. I met with sales team member Bruce Stromenger who helped me buy a GLE 450. Bruce is an amazing professional, easy to work with, and so patient as I worked through the many options and packages to choose from. I was actually looking at other GLE 450s at other dealerships. Bruce was professional the whole way. Never pressured me at all. Always helpful. It was a combination of the car and Bruce that closed the sale. Very happy I was able to work with him.

I have now driven the Volvo V60 CC for three weeks and I'm very happy with my purchase. It is very comfortable and has a number of safety features. The gas mileage is exactly as advertised, 25 mpg of mixed driving.

April, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with purchase of our used Honda. Within a day or so discovered faulty VTC Actuator. We are from out of state and had to remain in area for repairs during the worst of the wildfires. But the amazing service manager Celine ( who was also covering jobs for absent co- workers) seemed to be able to make magic happen!!!! Within 30 minutes determined it was a repair that had to done at a local Honda dealer, arranged a ride to our RV for us, had our car taken to the Honda dealer. Knowing we could leave town and the awful smoke when the car was fixed she said she'd try her best to get our car back to us the next day which was a sat.( and her day off). Gave us her personal cell no. and set up in computer the details for our return ride to Carmax. Sat. was moving on but one call to Carmax for an update, they saw Celine had arranged everything for us to get our car on Sat. and BAM, magic happened!! Had our car within an hour, repairs completed, and we headed home to Florida. Yes, Carmax was great with fulfilling their warranty policy but it was Celine who put the efficient, professional, friendly face to implementing it. Thank-you Celine for being great at what you do!

We bought a new Volvo at Herzog-Meier a couple of days ago and found the process very easy. Stephanie and Saige were able to answer all of our questions and they knew the Volvo product line inside and out. The negotiations were painless and the same could be said of the paperwork and documentation, thanks to Andy. Our fifth Volvo since 1976 and our third from Herzog-Meier, which tells you that I value their service staff as well.

Rich accommodated my last-minute request for a rental when I needed a flat repaired. It was repaired at just labor cost, and he completed my 30K service during the same visit so that I would not have to come back as scheduled later in the week........highly professional and true concierge-level service........thank you.

Nick, is always courteous, knowledgeable in his explanations of what was found and needs to be done in the near future. He is very helpful in planning for the needed repairs.
