Things I look for when I'm purchasing a car: 1) Integrity of dealership and salespeople 2) Quality of car 3) Price, Price, Price I recently bought a BMW 550i from Complete Automotive. I was very specific in color combination, options and mileage I was looking for. I literally searched all over the country. But I kept finding myself going back to the BMW at Complete. The salespeople were very knowledgeable, and instead of trying to pressure me into a quick deal, they made a point of getting to know me and understanding what I was trying to accomplish. There are plenty of good reasons to be wary of car dealers. Let's just say many play into the stereotype of sleazy, greasy, pushy creeps. Complete Automotive couldn't be farther from that stereotype. If every business could run like this, the world would be a better place.

This is our fourth Volvo and we love them. Bought two more after this one. Take care of them and they’ll run forever. Great value for the money.

long story short - Scott and Carlos 🔥 long story long - my husband and I have been searching high and low for a dealership that would help us with our challenged credit AND not sell us a pile of crap. tough ask right? not for Scott & Carlos. they went out of their way to make sure our car fit all of our needs and walked us thru the entire process without the typical used car salesman/finance team vibes. no roof slapping here guys, go check them out! they have an excellent selection of cars and literally will do whatever they can to help you find a safe, reliable & affordable car. 10/10

Drove the car during extreme west Michigan winters. I now drive the hills of West Virginia. She has 285,000 miles on her. One small rust spot on the driver door. Interior and engine are clean. I have the oil changed every 5,000- 7,000 miles, tires rotated, and am back to using premium gas. Parts can be expensive, but have been fortunate with mechanics that have been honest in telling me what needs to be done and what can wait to be done. So glad my youngest son chose to take the other car off to college.

They did everything right while they are awesome Joseph Seppen did such a good job helping me with my financing. I told everybody about them. I’m very happy with my experience.

Bought our first XC70, a 2006 AWD with 185,000 miles. Now with 265,000, only routine maintenance and rear axle control unit repair. Got our second XC70, a 2016 FWD with with 180,000. Now has 203,000, and we pull a 3300# camping trailer with it. Again only routine maintenance. Neither of these cars burns any synthetic engine oil between 5,000 mile changes. I also drain and refill the transmission sump at the same time. I fully expect these cars to last to 300,000 and beyond. These cars are a perfect combination of safety, comfort, durability, style and power. After going airborne and inverted at 55 in an 82 240 wagon--the victims of an idiot--we were delighted to have survived with only whiplash injuries. The roof stayed right there. Equally delighted and impressed that the president of Volvo called the house thanking me for my letter and photos of the aftermath. He explained why they use the steel they do in roof frames. We've driven only Volvos since 1984, and will never drive anything else. We have five in our family.

I live in Montana so I was talked to multiple MB dealerships in the Region and MB Lynnwood were the nicest and most helpful out of all of them. Andy & Jesse are great. Sales people were friendly, especially the man from NY, and the sales guy, I bought a Honda Odyssey from them the next day I took it right into the dealer for an inspection, all the fluids needed to be changed, that's something i think they should have done before putting it on the lot, but other than that the van seems fine so far

Have the AWD model with the 2.4 turbo, there is no rust on this car now 23 years old, everything still works 179,00 miles. 1998 has side airbags, heated seats, heated mirrors, a beast in the snow. This is the last year Swedish owned, will keep until it dies.

My compute was easily 20,000 miles a year. I purchased the car used, it’s a very comfortable vehicle. Great in the rain and snow. Around 150,00 miles the AWD malfunction light appeared on the dash, the car still ran well so at that point it’s a fancy V70. At 160,000 miles the on board computer had to be replaced, that was expensive. At 181,000 miles the check engine light appeared on the dash and that turned out to be a spark plug coil problem. The sunroof drain plugs need to cleaned at least once a year if not garaged. Heading for 200,000 miles, I going to drive it until it drops.

I first contacted Sandberg Volvo on a Friday morning, but our search began many days before. My wife and I previously owned a XC60 and we were set on the new Recharge Extended Range. We searched all dealers in WA, ID and OR looking for the best package and price. These models are limited and we expected a different experience than when we bought our first Volvo when the market was “normal.” Friday morning I combed the 250 mile dealer radius (we live in Olympia) and found a model we had not seen at any other dealer; a Polestar Engineered. Assuming this was ordered, pre-sold, or not available, I inquired about it through their automated buying process. Just before the dealership opened I received an email from sales consultant Fouad Fares and within minutes we were texting and conversing on the phone. Fouad and manager Bill Tapscott tailored the deal, we drove up the next day and the entire process was simple, transparent and by far the best car buying experience. All the staff were friendly and DJ in finance was also a pleasant surprise. We never felt pressured, all of our questions were answered and we left feeling a little bewildered because it was not at all what we expected in the best way. The only downside to the whole process was the drive from Olympia to Lynnwood. It was worth it and the drive back was amazing in our new XC60 Polestar Engineered Extended Range! Thank you again Fouad, Bill and DJ! We’re definitely making the drive again for our next Volvo! Hopefully this review gives you the confidence to consider and start your search with Sandberg Volvo.
