I loved my XC90 but traded it due to the cost of fuel. I drive 40 miles a day roundtrip to work. I would easily go through a tank of gas in four days. Best mileage I ever got was about 22 highway. The XC90 is a heavy SUV and shaped like a block. Not a lot of aerodynamics. As for comfort and luxury you can't go wrong the XC 90 is pure luxury and has great pickup and handling. Just be aware the mileage is not good.

I was looking for an option to trade my car and get a used car. I was hesitant and weary of the whole process. Luis cavazos made the whole process seamless. In 2 hours, they gave me the best deal for my used car and got a used car with 25k mileage, which I myself consider fairly new. I would highly recommend these guys and Luis in particular. This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

I have owned the 2018 XC60 T8 Inscription for 3 years now. The vehicle was brand new and now has over 110k miles on it. Here is the breakdown of my rating: Performance - The T8 has incredible acceleration and handling, but the braking is a bit touchy. Easy to get used to, but easy to trigger some of the active safety features the first time you hit the brakes. Not a quick as a Tesla, but a 5.3s 0-60mph is impressive in a 4-cyl SUV. Styling - I absolutely love the sleek, minimalist styling Volvo is known for, and the XC60 fits that to a T. Clean lines, and incredibly comfortable. But they can keep the crystal shifter… Reliability - I have had -0- mechanical or performance issues, and only had to replace wear items. I docked it one star because of a glitch in the infotainment system that decided to max out the gain on the microphone right next to a speaker and send a shrill 90dB screech into the cabin… once the software was flashed the problem went away - only happened once and was a free repair (well out of warranty). I am definitely going to be a Volvo owner for life and am looking forward to taking advantage of the overseas delivery program with my next Volvo purchase.

Had a great experience at Lexus of Arlington. We visited later in the day on a Saturday, assuming I'd have to come back another day to really see the car I was hoping to check out, but I quickly connected with Vlad and he was able to answer all of my questions and let me see the car I was looking for right away. The team made the process so smooth I was able to check out the car and complete my purchase before closing time (almost)! Definitely would bring my business here again.

I have driven Volvos for a very long time. My 2002 V70XC was my absolute favorite. I just donated it. My first impression was the dealer and I went with one closest to my home. My big mistake. THE CAR - for an SUV the seats sit very low and are not very adjustable. The gear shift functionality is very difficult to get used to - and all the alarms. Being a mechanical engineer, I liked, no, loved the older Volvos for their functionality and interior space. The XC60 has very little cargo space. There are too many bells and whistles you need to QR scan the visor for the manual! The mpg are pitiful - I am getting maybe 15 mpg, with little pick up- the 4 liter engine is not as good as the predecessors. I was worried about the no "cold weather package" - all volvos anywhere have the same battery and the sales guy had no idea what cold cranking meant. HOWEVER, I must say when we had an ice storm and the car was a solid piece of ice the doors opened and the car started right up. BUT it did take 30 minutes + to warm up the windshield to get rid of the ice. AND my hands were so cold trying to scrape the ice off - they were too cold for the display to read my touch! The sales rep was so proud of the heated windshield wipers (?) -I prefer being able to raise the wipers during a snow storm. Here you have to put the wipers in maintenance mode and then move them out. Too many steps to get basics done (and have warm hands). I also can't stand the smudged touch screen from all the swiping and touching. Just looks dirty. BTW don't buy accessories from the dealer. I wanted rails for the top and they were asking $800 list but I could get them for $500. You can buy them from amazon or Volvo direct for $200. It's a Volvo and I have high expectations. I think it is an expensive car and I have not owned it long enough to determine value.

Great car. I compare it with a high-end Mercedes that I own, Volvo is generally better built, more comfortable especially on extra long trips, quieter on the road, and intuitive in most use cases. The Bowers and Wilkins sound system is definitely superior to anything I’ve heard in high-end vehicles. The interior design is minimalistic, and the car lacks the prestige that comes with the price. From a reliability stand point, it has never put us down, and has almost completely overcome the early Goole system glitches.

I found Sam to be very friendly and helpful. All of our questions were answered and he gave us good advice. In addition to a great price on a new car, we got a good rate on our old car. It was a pleasure to work with Your Choice Autos in the past and I will definitely use them in the future.

This car has blown me away. It has all the bells and whistles I wanted and drive like butter! The color is perfect and the rims are bomb! The interior is clean, and very well taken care of.

The service is outstanding. The facilities are the best I have ever seen. The snacks provided are fantastic. But what sold us was the salesman , Joe Salgan. We had intended to buy a Suburu but liked the look of the Mini Cooper. So we stopped in the Dealer for a look. Joe was exceptional, Polite and knowlegable. He is the reason we ended up buying a Mini instead of a Suburu. Everything else was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this dealer and we love the car.

T6 106k miles, replaced Brake pads, spark plugs, and one to engine mount. Everything works! Amazing auto pilot up to 80mph lifetime avg 21.3 MPG mixed driving, regular gas! Quiet, blast T6, super comfortable seats, active safety! I cant think of anything better. Stay away from T5

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. Love our gently used 2015 Volvo XC60 T6 Turbo wagon. 130k miles on it and we have only had to replace the alternator and battery. Does not burn oil, does not leak oil. Has been a very reliable car. If you do the maintenance and change the oil every 5 thousand miles it will last a long time. Regular oil changes are very important as with any car. Most people don’t do this. The 6 cylinder is one the best engines they have made. Timing chain will last a long time as long as you put new clean oil in the engine every 5k miles. No transmission problems and no differential problems for us. No one likes to spend $2,000 for the 90k service but it’s a big one. Important preventative maintenance will take this car to 200,000 miles. Read the owners manual and follow the service schedule.
