I purchased a 2008 honda crv67,000 miles. I thought maybe I had no chance to get into this Honda because of bad credit. But they assured me if this is the car I want they would make it happen and sure enough it did. The next day I was in my car and very happy. They were understanding, caring, helpful. They made sure the car was in mint condition when they gave it to us. It is running beautiful. I am so glad I went there. I would buy another car there in a heartbeat. They were absolutely wonderful. I bought used in 2023 a 2015 premium with 214k miles. I drove it 6k miles and only replaced the CV axle, this isn't impressive sounding but it was going through constant , aggressive off reading due to the rough road conditions I had to use because I live in the rocky mountains. I got in a rollover a 60 mph and I had no injuries, airbags kept me safe. Fuel economy was dismal with 21 in the city and 24 in the highway, safety and reliability are top tier, power was surprisingly adequate, the Bluetooth was appreciated and all the safety tech and other tech was very useable and helpful and accurate. Love the car would buy it again if I had the chance

Amazing experience. I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to try CarMax first... There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Found 2014 Audi A4 Quattro manual transmission on Saugus Auto Mall website and called after hours to set up a test drive for the next day. Car was in great condition and was really fun to drive. Though the car's price was very competitive for the market (we shopped around for a few weeks) it was just slightly outside of our price range and they were able to meet us in the middle. We test drove the car for a second time the next day. Both times there was no hassling or pressure from Ali or the Saugus team. We decided to buy the car cash and everything went so smoothly. When we got home we realized it was one of those unicorn car buying experiences. The DMV is super slow right now during the pandemic so we had to wait for a full week for our paper plates and registration to come through. The car was fully detailed and everything was in order when we came to pick it up. Also, we had asked for one of the tires to be replaced because it was damaged and they ended up replacing ALL four tires! Great experience buying a used Audi! Awesome car. Simply the most car you can buy for the $$$. Only short coming would be for a person without home charging since DC charging is not the fastest on the Bolt. If you took a VW Golf GTI and mashed it with an old school quite, cushy Cadillac and made it cheap to own and run like say a Prius you would have the Bolt.

They successfully located the necessary parts to address a lingering problem I had been experiencing with my classic Alfa Romeo (and expertly resolved the safety recall). Many thanks to the folks at Alfa USA and to the Boston Motorsports team in making this happen. I'm very happy this this experience introduced me to Seth and the folks at Boston Motorsports service. They gave my car a full checkup, in addition to a routine oil change and the recall repair. This included thoughtfully sending an email (including a video recording) with a thorough report of the health of the car. And although they provided me with a very helpful list of suggested items I might want to address in the future, I was never pressured to make these repairs at their shop. Of course I'll be back regardless, though - because this place is simply amazing. Their love for their work, extensive knowledge, enthusiasm for the cars they service, and deep respect for their customers is extremely evident. And though my particular car may have a bit of patina (at least compared to many of the beautiful vehicles in their showroom) I was treated like royalty by the staff. For example, when I inquired about the location of the nearest bus to get home, they immediately insisted on scheduling for a driver to give me a ride instead. In a world where bottom lines often eclipse customer service, these folks shine brightly with a uniquely impressive combination of honesty and excellence. I have owned multiple Audis and the RS 6 Avant is clearly the best of many great vehicles. The horsepower/acceleration is amazing, yet even in dynamic mode the wagon provides a comfortable ride. The dashboard is well designed and laid out--presenting a seamless appearance unlike some other vehicles which look like they have a tablet affixed to the dash. The seats are very comfortable and the cargo space of the wagon format is very generous. My one note of caution is the vehicle comes equipped with summer performance tires. I live in the snow belt and I immediately replace the OEM tires with all-season tires from the same OEM manufacturer--Continental. Those tires have served me very well. While the price of admission for this vehicle is not insignificant I find the vehicle worth the investment. I highly recommend the vehicle, especially given the changes I understand are coming in 2026 for the Avant.
