I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

Put it in comfort mode it is like a luxury cruiser, put it in sport it turns into a beast. Even with enthusiastic driving the gas milage is good.

I purchased a fairly high mileage, 1-owner Toyota from them and drove 110mi from NYC to Norristown, PA to buy it—sight unseen. I trusted them. The car was actually better! than described. Of course Ed sent dozens of extra picts. I negotiated a little off the asking price, but honestly, the car was easily worth what I paid for it. Ed & his dad know how to pick great cars. They buy mostly trade-in’s from local dealers…. not “auction cars” Thus explains the quality of cars on their lot. Great people – always the sign of a great business.

What absolutely sold me was our initial meeting when I mentioned I wanted the car at Conshohocken Porsche, prior to purchase, for their 100 point check. I travel for my job with a 10×6 enclosed trailer and have put many miles on this beautiful beast. Its taken my family camping on the beach, picked up family members and luggage at the airport. It has power and speed when needed with lots of comfort! At 115,000 miles(50,000 when I bought in 2019) and proper maintenance, im confident I can double that milage!
