I bought used in 2023 a 2015 premium with 214k miles. I drove it 6k miles and only replaced the CV axle, this isn't impressive sounding but it was going through constant , aggressive off reading due to the rough road conditions I had to use because I live in the rocky mountains. I got in a rollover a 60 mph and I had no injuries, airbags kept me safe. Fuel economy was dismal with 21 in the city and 24 in the highway, safety and reliability are top tier, power was surprisingly adequate, the Bluetooth was appreciated and all the safety tech and other tech was very useable and helpful and accurate. Love the car would buy it again if I had the chance

Had a fair and easy negotiation on a used car. Adrian in sales was great! Ally paid for my Uber to pickup the car. After I drove car for several days and ~100 miles check engine light came on. Needed catalytic converter. I asked Adrian if Ally if could help, and they paid for the repair!

I am in my seventies and didn't want to buy new so i I looked at over twenty used vehicles during my search. This Subaru Outback was the best driving vehicle of all that I tried. I'd been looking for this car for a while and came across two at different dealerships in my area, unfortunately they sold really fast. So, I started my search online and although I was a bit skittish of buying a car online without seeing or driving it first, I couldn't be happier with the car, the process, and most of all the salesman, Mitchell Macaluso. I own a 2019 2nd Allroad I've owned. I have a preium plus summer & winter package. I have the lower thigh support. Great on fuel but it runs on preium gas. Handling is great, and the ride makes you want to keep driving it. I never had issues with my 2014 and after a year & half nearing 35K miles I have only changed oil rotated the tires. Audi dealerships treat you Right. Not impressed with BMW, my wife's car spends it's life at the dealership! Quatro over X-drive no comparison! U will enjoy UR Audi experience.

Was disappointed in warranty coverages not coincident with each other. It was explained well by Zack in Finance. The "Buy only what you (apparently) need " slogan used in advertising and financing sound good but it is a trap. In reality its serves no one in the long run. At the end of a car ownership (owner being ready to replace) the dealership and owner are called to evaluate, reconcile, and gain agreement on next steps. And then the new owner must deal with the rating of the vehicle based on its upkeep and condition. The better warranties vehicle will by data be the better upkept. SO THEN Ford's base warranty-offer covering powertrain, extended and GAP considerations should perfectly align and terminate at the same mileage and years. AND THEN Ford's opening warranty proposal should be well determined based on driver usage, and the data that Ford knows well presented about repair. For example. In my case (purchasing a pre certified vehicle with 28K miles), the powertrain warranty was 6 years 100k miles and the extended "wrap" warranty sold was 6 years and 75K miles. NOT coincident. AND It appears that the car driver usage was not considered or weighted. I believe both Ford and This owner share in that mistake. That said, Ford is the specialist, not the owner. And I believe that most all owners with a well-presented warranty plan will be willing to pay the $20-30 increase between the 6-75 and 6-100 (or 120) warranty offer. The presentation calculation would show the reasonable "to be owner" why the additional investment would be sound thinking for every financial consideration excepting the day of the sale. Ford is a (the) premier car company Ford is the specialist about its warranties and servicing its vehicles. The customer is not the specialist and can only speak of vehicle driving usage. Rather than move vehicles off the lot, Ford must move more people's thinking about warranty service (and perhaps about math HA) The math of usage and service events costs is an easy sell) I WOULD BE WILLING TO BUY A "SPECIAL" HIGH MILEAGE WARRANTY OFFER, REQUIRING MY GETTING POWER TRAIN, THOSE ITEMS IN THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AS WELL AS FLUIDS CHANGE DONE AT A FORD DEALERSHIP. THIS IN ORDER TO PRESENT A PRE CERTIFIED VEHICLE WHEN READY TO TRADE IN.

I'd argue my experience here was more like a 3.5 than a four, but it wasn't too bad. Of course there was the typical salesman crap you'd expect, even if you're just in the looking phase. But overall the dealership was clean and well kept, and other times I've been to this dealership for service they have been professional. But I have not bought from them. Even though my one experience looking at cars here was average, all things considered I'd say this is a good place.

The Crosstrek was the most reliable car I ever had and it never failed to get me somewhere, even in deep snow and ice in very rural areas. In fact, I liked this one so much, I bought a newer model as my next car. The AWD, comfort, and ease of drive of this car is excellent,

Awesome car. Simply the most car you can buy for the $$$. Only short coming would be for a person without home charging since DC charging is not the fastest on the Bolt. If you took a VW Golf GTI and mashed it with an old school quite, cushy Cadillac and made it cheap to own and run like say a Prius you would have the Bolt.

We are on our second Mazda 5 and it is the perfect vehicle for our needs. It can move either 6 people or 5 with luggage capably. With the seats folded, it hauls a lot of stuff! In the 5 years since I bought the vehicle new, the only non-wear maintenance issue has been a sensor causing a check engine light, which was inexpensive to replace. The OEM tires wore quickly, they have been replaced by a set of Pirelli Cinturatos which perform much better. The car handles like a much smaller vehicle and the steering is responsive. If they still made these no question I would buy another. If you can find a low mileage used one, I highly recommend!

As a proud owner of a 2004, 2 Gen Prius with 170K miles, we just brought our second Prius, . . . this time a 2016 Prius V. We love the smooth ride and comfort of the Prius V, as well as the spacious interior, cargo space, and the fuel economy. The single drawback is its exterior look. I think it is the ugliest car on the road. It reminds me of a wide-mouth bass, . . . referring to the front grille. Oh well, you can't have everything!

Beyond the sleek styling, the Allroad is amazing in adverse weather. When cars are spinning off the road or hydroplaning, this Audi muscles it’s way through. In addition, with the fold-down seats, it operates like a little truck, holding futons, bicycles, whatever.

Vanessa and one of the managers ( can't recall his name) were extremely helpful. There was some confusion about the scheduled maintenance and what was covered and what wasn't. I explained to Vanessa and the manager what had been communicated to me by Graff Chevy & Brandon at Classic...they reviewed everything and completed the service based on what was communicated to me and sorted out the other communication internally. Additionally the service was completed in half the time I expected. Previously, I had a challenging experience with the body shop so Classic was not my first choice for this work, but I decided to give you a other try and it worked out far better. I'm pleased with this service and thanks again to Vanessa and the service manager she engaged to assist.

Perfect commuter car for my 75 mile roundtrip commute. Never had any battery problem and the car is perfect so far with 62000 miles. Electric is the way to go for longish regular trips.

Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. Bought my Crosstrek from the dealer, and have owned many cars, raced cars, built cars, and even owned my own auto repair shop. The 2013 was first year out, and yes it has improved over the years so I can't leave a 5-star review. The strong points for me have been reliability and looks. Secondary has been a 4cyl with great gas mileage, and decent performance. Interior noise is a little higher than an SUV like a 4Runner, sound system sucks, and Subaru probably should have mated it with a turbo, but overall it has been a great ride, and Subaru fixed many of these issues in later editions. The AWD is amazing in the rain! For those that have the oil consumption in later years, just add engine "restore", and the issue is solved. Replace your bearing w/ the backing plates, and you should be good to go for another 100K. For the first year out, Subaru did an amazing job.

Just bought this car from a private seller with 147K on it. I have never felt true love before I owned a Subaru, and now I know what it feels like! I imagine it's a stronger bond than having a child. Only thing that caught me off guard about this specific model was ... NO CUP HOLDERS! Thought it was funny but no big deal, there is room to install in the back seats! Also this thing punches for a wagon, watch the xxxx out everyone green machine is coming through! Also, going to be honest the seats are about as comfy as my old 2018 Altima and way better than the lame xxx Centra!
