This was the easiest car buying experience I have had. They took me to the car I was interested in. Keys were there, we drove it right away. The price was competitive, the financing was lightning quick. They washed it while I was signing and I was out of there in under an hour. They even drove me to turn in my rental car so I could just drive my new car home and surprise the family. First class business.

I think for the most part, I like my car. I have had a couple issues, one of them is probably not the cars fault, (but seeing other people have the same issue, it makes me wonder) I now have 50k miles on it and in that time I have only had to replace the battery and tires, to be expected on a 6 year old car. (and windshield) The windshield is the questionable item. It seemed to crack out of nowhere and I thought I must have gotten a small rock chip while driving down the highway and just didn't see it until it started to crack. So I replaced it at a cost of almost $1000. However, I am on an Outback form and it seems to be a common complaint with outback owners of this year, having the windshield crack out of nowhere. Could it be the frame design? Maybe, but it does seem suspicious that others have had the same issue. One other problem I have had is if I let my car sit unused for like 5 days, the battery goes completely dead. There seems to be a parasitic drain somewhere on the car. It doesn't happen if I drive it every day, but if it sits for about 5 days unused, the battery goes completely dead. I have read it has something to do with the DCS system in the car, but you have to pay the dealer a diagnostic fee to verify. I drive it enough I have not gotten it checked, but next time I am at the dealer I am going to ask them about it.

I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

Very comfortable and reliable. It is a very functional vehicle. Very pleased with it. I would buy again without question. Has all the necessary electronic features.

My family and I needed new vehicles and we narrowed it down to either Audi, Lexus, or Volvo. We have 2 kids so we needed something safe, comfortable, and reliable but not sacrificing luxury either. We test drove each brand and talked to their sales team. Lexus was okay. Audi did not disappoint but the car felt a little uncomfortable and outdated. Volvo, however, we were blown away! We worked with Jeana and Kevin. Each created a relaxing atmosphere that you don’t really feel with other dealerships. They treated our children well too! They had little coloring books and snacks. As far the deals they have: second to none. We feel like the price was fair and everything was explained to us, not sold to us. We had so many questions and Kevin would basically give you a straight answer. No fluff, no extra BS. Buying a car is heavy work. It takes a lot of your time and a lot of your hard earned money. If you’re going to spend money on something, make sure you spend it WITH the right people. Kevin targeted deals that fit exactly what we needed. We feel like we get the best deal out of the 3 brands because the service was top notch. Our cars are dope. Couldn’t be happier!

What a spectacular experience. I usually buy used cars, but went ahead and purchased a new 2023 Q8 Prestige. The ONLY person to work with here is Ahamed Eboo. He is wise, professional, transparent, and listens to each and every one of your wants and needs. This level of professionalism has, for the most part, dried up in the car business, not with him and not with Audi of Marietta. This place is very modern and amazing. Before the purchase he guided us every step of the way. Then upon arrival of our 2023 Q8, we went to the dealership and he made the purchase 1000% pain free. I would buy again when I am ready. He sits in the car with you for 45+ min and shows you each feature. Which you usually take 6-12 months to discover by yourself. Not with him, it was important to him to make sure we saw all that this amazing beast of a vehicle has to offer. Lance and Nathan absolutely nothing but first class and professional. I had only spoken with them over the phone and hadn't even seen or driven the truck nor they my trade. When I arrived, my new truck was detailed, they had already installed a spray-in bedliner, tinted the windows, and filled the gas tank. It was sitting in front of the showroom under the awning waiting for me. Lance had his Used Car Manager drive my trade and I was out of there with the price we had agreed to on the phone days earlier. It took all of 45 minutes, if it took that.
