The entire sales staff from salesman (Kenneth) to the new car director had a hand in making sure all my emails and questions were answered immediately. You can see the shear number of people below that were involved happily. I was never told the line "we just need you to come in..." once. Everything was done my way, on my terms and I never heard the "lemme go talk to my manager" lunacy you hear everywhere else. All I was told was "sit and relax and I'll take care of that for you." I've never seen a dealership operate this way. One of the smoothest purchases I've ever had. Well done.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

Although we did not yet buy from CarMax, we were very impressed with both their helpfulness and and their low-pressure. The salesman seemed more interested in getting us into the right vehicle than he did in making a sale, which was impressive.

I bought used in 2023 a 2015 premium with 214k miles. I drove it 6k miles and only replaced the CV axle, this isn't impressive sounding but it was going through constant , aggressive off reading due to the rough road conditions I had to use because I live in the rocky mountains. I got in a rollover a 60 mph and I had no injuries, airbags kept me safe. Fuel economy was dismal with 21 in the city and 24 in the highway, safety and reliability are top tier, power was surprisingly adequate, the Bluetooth was appreciated and all the safety tech and other tech was very useable and helpful and accurate. Love the car would buy it again if I had the chance

I have a troublesome old car that I need to trade off and find a new car right away. The experience with CarMax was better than I expected, even with my poor credit rating. I found the car that I like and in my price range online prior to arrive the car dealer. The whole process -from the appraisal of my old car, financing a new loan, inspect the new car and a trip around to fetch documentations, under sales lady Shirley Gainey's assistant went extremely smooth. It took only a few hours and all done! I had my nearly new car !

The 2016 Subaru Outback is the first car I'd ever bought brand new, and I haven't been disappointed since it was purchased 7 years ago. It's very reliable, fun to drive, easy on gas, easy on maintenance and easy on the eyes. Will do it all over again when I make my next Subaru purchase!

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.
