25K trouble free miles so far. Everybody picks on the 55 kW maximum charge speed, but the car is so efficient that it still adds 100 mi in ½ an hour at a DC station. Imagine a 200 HP Fit, and you've got the idea. Zero dollars on maintenance/repair.

I wanted to make sure that I left the very BEST review for three of your employees.... Charles Clark, Ravi Patel and Joel Cruz. I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! Additionally, I will be looking for a second car for my college son in the spring... Look for ME on your lot... I will be there again with this amazing team of people!

Overall the car is good for commuting. The MPG is about 29-38 mpg averages. Takes 87-91 gas. The power is quick on start up but struggles at the higher speeds. MPG goes down of low 30s at faster freeway speeds. The car makes a weird mechanical noise at start up sounds like a vent or lever opening / closing and also another weird noise when the rear view camera opens and closes when put in reverse. I dash lights for air bag are always on in yellow and emergency lights in red. I cover with black tape case at night time these are annoying. The Day time light are always on which are annoying. It does cause a slight drain on battery and alternator. If you put your parking back on when stop the lights go off. Its a rough ride even with new tires. Its a low to ground so hard to get in and out of if your tall.

Very new customer waiting area is clean and comfortable. However, the one and only snack machine would not accept dollar bills - I tried 3 different ones, five separate times. An employee also came by and tried 2-3 times, still was not accepted.

Was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. After searching for a few days, ended up at Valley Motor. My salesman, Kevin, was very congenial and gregarious. Walked me through a few vehicles with a test drive in each. He wasn't pushy but was very eager to meet me where I wanted to go price and model wise. We struck a deal and signed some paperwork. I had unfortunately ran out of time that day, so had to pick up the vehicle the following day. Kevin was not working that day, but set me up with Kyle the previousday, who also did a fantastic job of taking care of me and my disabled father. I'll always remember a dealership, whether they treated me well or dropped the ball. As a proud owner of a 2004, 2 Gen Prius with 170K miles, we just brought our second Prius, . . . this time a 2016 Prius V. We love the smooth ride and comfort of the Prius V, as well as the spacious interior, cargo space, and the fuel economy. The single drawback is its exterior look. I think it is the ugliest car on the road. It reminds me of a wide-mouth bass, . . . referring to the front grille. Oh well, you can't have everything!

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Overall loved this car- owned a 2016 from fall 2018 until winter 2023. Handled great in all weather (including upstate NY winters with lake effect snow), had decent cargo space, towed my tiny camper (1100lb loaded) with no issues. Wish it had the higher (3500lb) tow capacity that the older wagons had- I ended up trading it in for a midsize truck because I'm getting a larger camper. My one MAJOR issue with the vehicle was that there was a design flaw in the piston rings that caused excessive oil consumption. Not all engines with the rings have issues, and Volvo found and corrected the issue in mid 2016 in the factory, but mine was from before then and at it's worst in fall '22 (@~83K miles) I was going through a quart of oil in 500 miles. Thankfully, Volvo covered the repair (I squeaked it in at the last minute of my CPO warranty, but Volvo customer service said that they typically cover it even without warranty), but if they hadn't it I would have ended up looking for a truck several months earlier because the repair would have been several thousand dollars... Overall, as much as I like my new truck, I miss this car.

Love my Mini Clubman. Everyone wants to go in my car! I have 65,000 miles and have had no issues. I get my oil changes, tire rotations and scheduled maintenance only from MIni as I have observed regular mechanics scratching their heads after lifting the hood!

Best large capacity vehicle ever, powerful agile drives more like a sports car than a Econoline. I would definitely recommend getting eco-boost though.
