Traveled 4 hours to look at a used F150. Everything went as good as it could have. Nick Sparks helped us and even stayed a few hours past his shift to make sure everything went smooth. This is a great car. Rides good and has all the bells and whistles. Clean interior. I especially love the heated seats and outside temperature along with gas mileage shown. Love this car.

I have taken two of my cars to them. They have gone above and beyond to get the best deal for me. Besides that, they communicated throughout the process and made sure all the paperwork was done properly without taking time away from my schedule. Being able to hand this task over and trusting the process made this worth $ by itself.

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. I would give Jake and his team the highest marks possible for a used vehicle purchase from a dealership. I found a vehicle that met my needs that was in great condition at a fair price. I flew to Idaho from the mid-west US and drove it back 2000 miles without issue. They were very responsive to all my questions in the process of investigating the vehicle and they were very upfront about the condition of the vehicle. I looked at several other trucks on their lot while I was there and it appeared all of them were low mileage, rust free trucks in excellent condition. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them again and in fact I plan to do so in the next year or so.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

Bought my Crosstrek from the dealer, and have owned many cars, raced cars, built cars, and even owned my own auto repair shop. The 2013 was first year out, and yes it has improved over the years so I can't leave a 5-star review. The strong points for me have been reliability and looks. Secondary has been a 4cyl with great gas mileage, and decent performance. Interior noise is a little higher than an SUV like a 4Runner, sound system sucks, and Subaru probably should have mated it with a turbo, but overall it has been a great ride, and Subaru fixed many of these issues in later editions. The AWD is amazing in the rain! For those that have the oil consumption in later years, just add engine "restore", and the issue is solved. Replace your bearing w/ the backing plates, and you should be good to go for another 100K. For the first year out, Subaru did an amazing job.

Scott in service did a fantastic job. Communicated any and all issues and addressed them in a timely manner. Work performed as promised and on time, very pleased the service provided.

Bought @Subaru dealership, had to add oil. Subaru has "Oil Consumption Test' free if under 100k miles. Mine failed, Subaru rebuilt the engine, for free.

They were very helpful. Made sure I was comfortable and helped me with everything. And when we were finally able to sign the paperwork to finish up, they got me in and out quickly!

Great car. Love the way it handles and drives. I've owned 3 Subaru foresters and this is our first outback. I think I like it better!
