Our salesman showed us the car we wanted and after the test drive, choose to look for something else. He inquired to our desires and slowly narrowed down the types of vehicle we might likie based off of our comments. We went from a Dodge Charger to looking at luxury type cars. Very easy to work with.

I’ve owned some great cars, and my 2014 Subaru Outback is arguably the best, most reliable and most practical car I’ve ever owned. Truly, I love my Subaru.

My husband and I went to Jay Auto Sales to check out some of their used cars. We needed to replace my beloved old Prius that was rear-ended and totaled by the insurance company. We were greeted outside by Robert, who invited us into his office inside to talk. After chatting for awhile, we told him that money was really an issue, and as it happens there were no cars that day that we could really afford. He was so understanding, and actually did not try to sell us a car at all, but recommended that we get our car back and get it fixed because that would cost less than buying another car. We were so impressed with his honesty and really, a very kind and caring attitude. We did not buy a car that day, but if I were going to buy a car from a dealer, I would definitely go to Jay Auto Sales and talk to Robert.

This 2013 Rs10 is my second Scion xB. My first was a 2006 gen1 Polar White that I drove for 17 years and 160k flawless miles before trading in for the gen2 Release Series. Great car! Reliable, sporty and stylish. Tons of occupant and cargo room. Plenty of power and decent mileage (avg 24 combined) with auto trans. Very roomy and versatile car. The 10 year Anniversary Release Series RS10 has unique RS only features: LED solar lighted shift knob, carbon fiber dash panels with EL (electro-luminescent) Scion and RS10 logos, graphite colored alloy wheels, cool blue LED light up “vehicle finder” front & rear Scion logos and RS only floor mats to name a few. And that killer “Silver Ignition” RS only paint! Its a medium silver with a gold pearl fog that just glows and changes in the sun! Its look and color are unmistakeable once you see it on the road! Loving this second gen xB! I am positive that it will serve me as well as my gen1 with another 150k easily…its a Toyota!

So far i feel it was a wise purchase. The car is very clean inside and outside. Mileage is low for a car of this year. Love the color and the overall design of the Scion. This is one of the best vehicles I’ve owned. As a big fan of wagons, there are very few options in America, and this is certainly the best value out there. There were only two trim levels available, which means the base S model is really well equipped (heated seats, CarPlay, etc.). It’s a shame VW discontinued this model!

Awesome car. Simply the most car you can buy for the $$$. Only short coming would be for a person without home charging since DC charging is not the fastest on the Bolt. If you took a VW Golf GTI and mashed it with an old school quite, cushy Cadillac and made it cheap to own and run like say a Prius you would have the Bolt.

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

The car has met all my expectations. There's not much more I can say. The car is beautiful and comfortable it rides like a dream.

We were not interested in the Nissan Versa but Brian spent a lot of time with us explaining how the auction in Phoenix works, what to look for in a used car and said he would keep us in mind if he ran across any used Honda that we might be interested in. Couldn't ask for more in a dealership.

I love driving this car! It is fast and efficient. I love the one-pedal braking and seldom have to use the brake pedal. It also has a hand brake on the left side of the steering wheel that is a great accessory. The car looks small, but there is ample room for 4 adults. The storage in the back is limited, but plenty of space for our needs. We can also put two suitcases in that space. If it is just the two of us, we can drop the back seat and create more than enough space for all the luggage we would need on a long trip. The torque is outstanding and is great to have entering a freeway or passing another vehicle. The visibility around and behind the car is the best I think I've ever had in a car. No maintenance other than tire rotations and we have solar panels at our house, so I haven't paid for gasoline (or electricity) in over 3 years. The only negative is long distance driving and that will soon be solved when the Tesla Supercharging Station adapters will be available for GM cars in 2024. Did I say this was a great car? We love it.

I went to JQ Motor Sports...the location on 22nd...This dealership is professional and very helpful and knowledgeable, I went there with my husband to purchase a car for him and I ended up looking at a truck that caught my eye so we both purchased a vehicle and they made it so easy and fast the owner got both of us approved and was very helpful with everything and answered all of our questions....and I also want to add he is very honest...he has great running cars...so if you are looking for a great used car go there. This is the place to go for a used nice car, he will help you get in a car he will not sell you a bad car because my husband asked about a car he liked and the owner told him he will not sell him that car cause it's no good...he is very honest!!!

Bought my Crosstrek from the dealer, and have owned many cars, raced cars, built cars, and even owned my own auto repair shop. The 2013 was first year out, and yes it has improved over the years so I can't leave a 5-star review. The strong points for me have been reliability and looks. Secondary has been a 4cyl with great gas mileage, and decent performance. Interior noise is a little higher than an SUV like a 4Runner, sound system sucks, and Subaru probably should have mated it with a turbo, but overall it has been a great ride, and Subaru fixed many of these issues in later editions. The AWD is amazing in the rain! For those that have the oil consumption in later years, just add engine "restore", and the issue is solved. Replace your bearing w/ the backing plates, and you should be good to go for another 100K. For the first year out, Subaru did an amazing job.

Found a nice 2003 Ford F250, very easy transaction, was looking on Craigs list for a owner owned, but found many of the trucks very used up and priced pretty high, this one I purchased from Bob Ross, was a very good price, and in very good condition for the age, they also performed many repairs and general maintenance, most other car dealers try passing along these repairs/maintenance to the new owner.

Ive owned a FWD 2006 pontiac vibe for 12 years , its run flawless ( standard battery and belts replaced ) its THE most RELIABLE car Ive ever owned in 55 years of owning cars!!! ( had about 7 cars in those years ) its rugged, drives well and semi comfortable .. visibility is tops and the hatch back room is great ! Best of all this car Never Dies ...current mileage is 278,000 miles runs great

Bought @Subaru dealership, had to add oil. Subaru has "Oil Consumption Test' free if under 100k miles. Mine failed, Subaru rebuilt the engine, for free.

I went in yesterday to purchase a used car after doing a preapproval application. I wanted to see 5 cars so I knew it might be time consuming but I was actually wrong. They gave me Ros as my salesman and he quickly led me to each car. He was very efficient, while I looked at one he would get the next one open and ready to view. He had great knowledge between the difference in cars as well. He was wonderful at accommodating myself and my husband but what impressed me the most is what happened after my purchase. When we arrived home my husband realized he had lost his wallet. Ros went to great lengths to painstakingly recheck each car and all our footsteps during our visit. He called several times with an update as well. We did end up finding the wallet and we are very happy. Our salesman was amazing, wonderful experience, way to go above and beyond each step of the way. We are both currently carmax customers and they now have earned our business for each future car as well as recommendations to anyone we know! I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.
