Was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. After searching for a few days, ended up at Valley Motor. My salesman, Kevin, was very congenial and gregarious. Walked me through a few vehicles with a test drive in each. He wasn't pushy but was very eager to meet me where I wanted to go price and model wise. We struck a deal and signed some paperwork. I had unfortunately ran out of time that day, so had to pick up the vehicle the following day. Kevin was not working that day, but set me up with Kyle the previousday, who also did a fantastic job of taking care of me and my disabled father. I'll always remember a dealership, whether they treated me well or dropped the ball. Because of both Kevin and Kyle treating me so well, as well as my disabled father, I will definitely shop there when I need another vehicle.

Awesome car. Simply the most car you can buy for the $$$. Only short coming would be for a person without home charging since DC charging is not the fastest on the Bolt. If you took a VW Golf GTI and mashed it with an old school quite, cushy Cadillac and made it cheap to own and run like say a Prius you would have the Bolt.

I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! Very helpful and low pressure. We got a great deal and everyone was nice and walked us through. We are a cash buyer and everyone treated us great.

I dealt with Todd and he made the process extremely easy. We were coming from 2 hours away and were able to complete most of the legwork before we arrived.

Overall the car is good for commuting. The MPG is about 29-38 mpg averages. Takes 87-91 gas. The power is quick on start up but struggles at the higher speeds. MPG goes down of low 30s at faster freeway speeds. The car makes a weird mechanical noise at start up sounds like a vent or lever opening / closing and also another weird noise when the rear view camera opens and closes when put in reverse. I dash lights for air bag are always on in yellow and emergency lights in red. I cover with black tape case at night time these are annoying. The Day time light are always on which are annoying. It does cause a slight drain on battery and alternator. If you put your parking back on when stop the lights go off. Its a rough ride even with new tires. Its a low to ground so hard to get in and out of if your tall.

We love this car. It is reliable, economical to operate and has lots of cargo space. It has more than our former car, which we also loved, a Rav 4. Don't let the look of it being small fool you.

first time buying from Mercedes Benz of Willoughby but my experience was everything i expected from a Mercedes dealer . i have bought six Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of Sarasota in the past and Kevin Conant didn't disappoint me in my experience with Mercedes Benz of Willoughby being anything less. Overall loved this car- owned a 2016 from fall 2018 until winter 2023. Handled great in all weather (including upstate NY winters with lake effect snow), had decent cargo space, towed my tiny camper (1100lb loaded) with no issues. Wish it had the higher (3500lb) tow capacity that the older wagons had- I ended up trading it in for a midsize truck because I'm getting a larger camper. My one MAJOR issue with the vehicle was that there was a design flaw in the piston rings that caused excessive oil consumption. Not all engines with the rings have issues, and Volvo found and corrected the issue in mid 2016 in the factory, but mine was from before then and at it's worst in fall '22 (@~83K miles) I was going through a quart of oil in 500 miles. Thankfully, Volvo covered the repair (I squeaked it in at the last minute of my CPO warranty, but Volvo customer service said that they typically cover it even without warranty), but if they hadn't it I would have ended up looking for a truck several months earlier because the repair would have been several thousand dollars... Overall, as much as I like my new truck, I miss this car.

Love my Mini Clubman. Everyone wants to go in my car! I have 65,000 miles and have had no issues. I get my oil changes, tire rotations and scheduled maintenance only from MIni as I have observed regular mechanics scratching their heads after lifting the hood!

Have an older Mercedes that was in need of serious and expensive maintenance according to the dealer. Was informed that serious electrical and engine issues could develop if not immediately addressed. Needed a second opinion and good friends recommended Iannnelli. Best decision. Very reliable our’s has 102,000 miles never had a problem with the engine! Very smooth, fast, good acceleration AC is ice cold, water drips on humid days from AC, that is normal for it to drip water.

Bought my first Rondo new in 2008. Drove it for 297,000 miles over 14 years! Best car ever for both short and long distance driving. It was still running when I gave it away and bought another one (2009 this time) with 87,000 miles on it. I have every expectation to drive this one for years to come as well. I only wish KIA still imported them to the US.

I personally love my 22 Crosstrac. I have the turbo engine and it has a lot of go to it. Very sturdy on the road at higher speeds. I have the Limited Edition with diamond sparkle black paint, black leather interior very sharp looking vehicle. There was a few hiccups in the beginning with a few minor leaks around the windshield which was promptly fix by the dealership. Gas mileage is great. If you have a family or intend on traveling a lot, the storage part is small other than that perfection all around.

I bought a 2003 Ford F150 from Arko back in March and it has been a great truck. I get people who ask me all the time if I went South to get the truck. I've had a few questions after buying and they were very nice and not bothered by me calling.

We are on our second Mazda 5 and it is the perfect vehicle for our needs. It can move either 6 people or 5 with luggage capably. With the seats folded, it hauls a lot of stuff! In the 5 years since I bought the vehicle new, the only non-wear maintenance issue has been a sensor causing a check engine light, which was inexpensive to replace. The OEM tires wore quickly, they have been replaced by a set of Pirelli Cinturatos which perform much better. The car handles like a much smaller vehicle and the steering is responsive. If they still made these no question I would buy another. If you can find a low mileage used one, I highly recommend!

I went to a few dealership on Saturday with my wife looking for a car for my college bound son. We were both impressed with Arko and how kind and easy going they were. A few places we went to didn't even bother to come out and say hello. When we told Arko we weren't looking to purchase quite yet he still gave us the same attention as he did when he thought he'd maybe have a sale that day. We will for sure be back.

I bought my 2010 Soul right off the line and have loved her since. She's a red shortage with the flashing speakers and red/black interior. It's easy and fun to drive, can park it anywhere, good on gas and tags cheaper than an SUV. I can pack a ton of stuff in her when I flip the seats down. I feel safe in her because she's well balanced and has multiple airbags. I now have 159,000 miles on her and looking forward to the next. It's a good car that is cheaper to buy than others. I drove 102 miles to work everyday. She handled the ice and snow great (I also kept good tires on her). Recommended my youngest daughter get one. She did and loves herself too.

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.
