I purposely waited to put this review in until my Warranty was up and Winter came. Great news, not 1 problem mechanically and my Saturn Vue handles so awesome in the ice, slush and snow. Our Rouge has a sunroof. In Spring pollen collects around sunroof and clogs hoses which causes water to leak onto passenger seat. A LOT of water we have had to get it to nclogged several times It is rather frustrating Is this a recall situation?

We came to Northtown Volvo- where we purchased a S40 in 2006 then our Volvo XC60 in 2010 which we still drive- for said car to have updates done. I walked in the building to find where my husband went and was greeted by Daniel Witkin who directed me to the customer service desk. While there , my husband said lets look at a few cars and we walked into the showroom and Daniel got up and so did a few others- and I said lets go with the guy who first helped me! He was polite, kind, funny and very personable! He was incredibly knowledgable about the product and how this new Volvo would be quite different from the one we currently owned. Went over every nuance with us and went for a ride! 20 minutes later, bought the car! He was very attentive to our questions and never felt rushed or imposing. Was very helpful on every aspect of purchasing, not only the car but the warranties, which lead us to meeting Jason Wiepert. Jason clearly laid out our financial options and took the time to explain what each warranty would cover and the time period of coverage. They worked together like a fine oiled machine. We feel like we did not just buy a wonderful product which we now transport our grandbabies in, but have a friend we can count on to help us enjoy our new car and any issues that come up!!!
