Review: Living With 3 Chevy Bolt EVs for past 6 years Owning three Chevy Bolt EVs has been one of the smartest financial and practical decisions we’ve made. Each year, we’re saving $6,000–$7,000 combined on fuel and maintenance compared to when we drove gasoline cars. We get about 250-300 miles of range depending on heat and AC use. We bought them used around $20k each, had batteries replaced in 2020 so 100,000 mile warranty, can't beat it! Charging at Home Is Simple, either use 110v and charge overnight or upgrade 220v dryer plug We picked up a Level 2 home charger for about $150 on Amazon. Installing and running it is as simple as hooking up clothes dryer. The charger just uses a standard 240V outlet, and the energy demand is nothing unusual for a typical household. Pulls same amount of power as microwave or toaster oven. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I owned this car for 2 years and 3 months. Bought it with 150,000 miles and I sold it to the subaru dealership with over 163,000 miles. It was reliable for a volkswagen. Drove it to see my retired grandmother quite a few times after I bought it. It was my daily driver for 1 year and 5 months. I loved this car and I'll miss it. I recommend this car to anyone.

Perfect commuter car for my 75 mile roundtrip commute. Never had any battery problem and the car is perfect so far with 62000 miles. Electric is the way to go for longish regular trips.

This is a well-designed and solidly built car. It is just what we needed for road trips, recreation exploration and zipping around town. Plenty of room for the size we were looking for. The front console is a little busy, but this is our first Volvo so we just need to adapt to the new layout.

I drove a fifteen passenger van before my new Transit Connect. I did not need the size anymore but did not want to give up the roominess of the van. The Transit Connect is perfect. I can seat 6 passengers comfortably when I want and when I am not carrying passengers I can carry a good amount of cargo without having to worry about securing it as I would with a truck. I think it will be great to move my kids back and forth to college! I really like the roomy windshield and the overhead storage. It is not a luxury car. The seats are not as comfortable as other vehicles I have owned, but they are adequate. The engine is smaller and not as much pickup as I am used to, but it has better gas mileage than my other vehicle.

I drove a Golf TSI for years and absolutely loved it. Never wanted drive a different car as long as Iived. Then I had a kid(which is is tight with a golf) and someone pulled out in front of me and it got totalled. I took the money and upgraded to the Alltrack because its basically the same car with more room and AWD. Absolutely love it! Gas mileage is significantly lower than my Golf, but it still has some zip. The DSG transmission is like butter. Ill drive this car into the ground.

I bought my 2010 Soul right off the line and have loved her since. She's a red shortage with the flashing speakers and red/black interior. It's easy and fun to drive, can park it anywhere, good on gas and tags cheaper than an SUV. I can pack a ton of stuff in her when I flip the seats down. I feel safe in her because she's well balanced and has multiple airbags. I now have 159,000 miles on her and looking forward to the next. It's a good car that is cheaper to buy than others. I drove 102 miles to work everyday. She handled the ice and snow great (I also kept good tires on her). Recommended my youngest daughter get one. She did and loves herself too.

I still love my priusv.Bought it new in oct.2012 went to Florida 6 winter with it I change oil every 6 month.very good on gas.In 10 yr. I put a set of wiper at one time. At my last inspection last October 2022 I had to have new brake in the back. That was it new tires of course.I can almost give it a 5 star but l will give it a 4.8 red & beige inside.
