They always do an excellent job. The only problem I personally have a problem is that the repair happened during tax time. Also, why did this happen with only 40,000 miles. My other Toyotas never had this failure.

I was given this car back in November 2023. I owned the car for 1 year and 3 months. Loved the heated cloth seats. Drove from Washington to California and back no problem. Near the end I drove it though the Washington winter. I had to sell it because my mother wanted me to get a newer vehicle. A new driver is driving the car now. Highly recommend this car.

However, the way the team handled that initial setback is exactly why they deserve five stars. They worked hard to make things right, ensuring the rest of the process was smooth, low-pressure, and respectful of my time. We drove the car for 11 years & the only thing we did was change the oil/filter & replaced the tires. I believe there were three recalls. Two of which were air bags on the passenger side. Great vehicle with excellent mpg. One of the best cars that we've ever owned. We didn't purchase another one due to the tow capacity limit.
