40 grand Kia clutch gone after only 5
I bought a brand new Kia Sorento top of the range 7 seater in 2018 for over 40,000€ value. 5 years later, after keeping up with all service and maintenance with Kia, I am 57 years old so no off roading, over loading etc. Only used once for 7 people… 6 of which were my grand children and the clutch has gone!! It has been slipping for probably 18 months but the garage denied there was a problem. Now it has gone completely and Kia want just under 500€ to dissemble and just to look and see if it is the clutch that’s gone!! The clutch is NOT under warranty!! I have only done 92,000km. I consider this well out of order. - Purchased a New car

What a car! Would recommend this vehicle to anyone
Excellent driving through snow. I have an 81 km one way to work. Never missed a shift. Also very economical with the 2.4 litre inline 4 cylinder. Average on the highway is between 7 - 8 litres per 100 km. - Purchased a New car

Starter Problems numerous times a year sr
My 2018 Sorento AWD is the worse car I've ever owned. Constant episodes of car not starting - lights are on inside and out, battery fully charged - but car will not start when key inserted in ignition and car has to be towed to dealership and they could not find any problems. LEMON!!! - Purchased a Used car

My second Sorento
I traded in my basic model Sorento LX for a 2018 EX. i am so glad I upgraded. I love the dual power front seats that are also heated. The leather interior, sunroof and the power controls are all user friendly. The LED lights are bright and positioned well. The Turbo 2.0 4 cyl. has all the power I need and great mileage. AWD is a bear in the snow and the select shift automatic helps to keep traction in deep snow and slow the car down from upshifting too soon. My dealer Destination Kia has provided me with great service for all my Kia's. - Purchased a New car

Can’t beat it for the money
Replaced our minivan because we needed something to get around more effectively in the winter. Researched mid sized suvs, test drove a few, and settled on the Sorento mainly because of generally positive ratings, a good price, and we thought we’d give Kia a try. The interior is quite nice and it is well equipped for the money. So far, the only drawbacks have been a weak 4 cylinder with modest pick up and a barely useable 3rd row but at least there’s the option in a pinch. Do we love it? No, but we really like it and it’s been a good purchase thus far. Maybe opt for the V6 if you’re in the market. - Purchased a Used car

Kia is a very reliable brand

Car met all my needs, I did want the 3rd row car but was not a deal breaker, however this car is loud once it warms up on fwy only had it for 24 hrs I will follow up with Kia and see what they suggest , it's under warranty. - Purchased a Used car
