I bought this gorgeous new design and plan to keep it for at least 10 years more. The seat belt is designed to touch the body without feeling it and strong enough to support your entire body. It feels like I'm driving on cloud. Last month I left it at the shop, and the company lent us a similar one from 2025. With the difference in updates, it drives no differently than the 2016. Before buying this car, I tested four brands comparable to the Lexus, and it was far superior in comfort and design.

One of the best cars I've had. Only 42000 miles at 9 years, it's been a good car for me since I don't drive much.

We enjoy the comfort of the seats, the performance of the turbocharged engine. We are disappointed with how loud the suspension is, the blind spots and the fact that we recently had to replace the rear main bearing seal in the engine, a $2600 repair! We have owned other Toyota products that have gone over 200,000 miles without any major engine repair. This Lexus only had 86,000 miles-we hope Toyota has designed a better seal for this engine on newer vehicles.
