2017 Ford Ex. rusting out

Owns this car

Rusting underneath and now along bottom of doors. The gasket around windshield came loose water leaks in. Has a wind noise issue. We purchsed thru a Ford Certified dealer in Mawah, NJ. They told us its not a Ford issue. So much for Built Ford Tough. So disappointing with Bill's family business. Even my 2002 Yukon is not a rusty as this Ford.

Owns this car

We printed this pricing/page off of the cars.com website. When the dealer brought us the paper with the estimate, it was over 3,000 higher! Then when we called them on it they came back with one that was still $400 higher than this price on the internet and then they said there was a mandatory $399 fee for etching their name in window and $700 dealer fee for commission, dealer handling. We drove an hour expecting honesty and didn't receive it. Needless to say, we didn't purchase the car. What a disappointment and waste of time. Don't waste your time visiting this Peak Kia in Colorado Springs!

Turn signals don’t work, stain on ceiling in back

I wouldn’t go to this dealer again or deal with Jose. He lied about key price. He wouldn’t work on price because he was only going to make $100 commission which I knew to be a lie. I really wish we had gotten someone more knowledgeable. We have excellent credit and get treated second class. We tell everyone not to go to that dealership
