Called to schedule a service on my a week ago, and told them specifically that I had purchased an car care plan to make sure they took it. I also mentioned that there is an open recall that I would like to have taken care of, and was told we will look at it when it's here, which should have been first red flag. The second red flag should have been when i pulled in the lot and everything looked outdated. The condition of the pavement, the sunbleached paint on the building, and the lack of upkeep around the back of the dealership are direct reflections of how the place is run. I arrived for my appointment, presented my paperwork, and was told "we can't use that care program because they've never dealt with them. Fine, can we take care of the recall? No, because the guys that do that are out sick. Apparently, the 7 guys at the back of the shop smoking cigarettes around a table have never been trained properly. -

Love this car.
Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck. - Purchased a New car
