I asked them to start the car cold without warming it up. No problem. I listened to the chain and belt, watched the exhaust, then we plugged in OBD. No critical errors. Minor things were mentioned right away, no pretending it was normal.

Negotiation was reasonable. No circus with “today only.” I pointed out a few things like chips, tires, brakes, and we agreed on a fair price. When a seller listens to arguments instead of acting, buying is easier.

RUN DO NOT BUY ONE. No clue who has had good luck with this year....but it's not been us and the dealership service bulletins are endless on this year. Two transmission and torque converter rebuilds and replacements. Under 90,000 miles driven by an almost 60 year old!! Modem replaced for dash hook up to My way ap and phone connection..still doesn't work. AWD rear end worked on and rebuilt for noise and drive issues. Auto close mirrors worked on 4 times. Brakes replaced at 48,000 miles. Auto lift hatch repaired. Hood latch and release cable stuck open..replaced 1100.00!!!! O2 sensor On and on.. Unless you have piles of money and also can buy a warranty it's horrible. Worse car we have ever bought. Wish we had researched this more. - Purchased a Used car

I simply love my 2029 Nautilus.
I simply love my 2029 Nautilus. I have driven it Cross Country twice. From The Eastern Shore to Arizona and then back to the Eastern Shore. My son drove and has a HEAVY foot. Both rides were exceptional. She ( yes I call my truck a she) didnt miss a beat. Super comfortable ride. Great gas mileage. I intend for this to be my very last car of purchase. - Does recommend

Jerky nautilus 2019
Jerky transmission below 40mph. No fun to drive. Taking to dealer for service today also down shifting is jerky. Like trying to find a gear - Purchased a Used car

Hidden jewel of the SUV world

Horrible lincoln
Been trying to get warranty work on trans. Instrument cluster, radio AC cluster. Plus 3 recalls, been 6 months no loaner or rental car available. Will not even call back. Classic Lincoln in shelby north carolina. Worse dealer I've ever dealt with. Bought car with 3300 miles gas 21k on it now and several several promlemd and recalks - Purchased a Used car

Hatch Issue
We have a 2019 and noticed there is no safety sensor on the hatch. It does not stop going down regardless of what is in the way of it. Dangerous. Anyone else notice that problem? - Purchased a New car

Nice vehicle with a few flaws
Great ride, styling and performance on my 2019 Nautilus Black Label. There are a few negatives. Wind buffeting in the cabin is horrible with only one window rolled down. The push button transmission gear selector leaves much to be desired. The transmission will occasionally “clunk” when going from reverse to drive. The transmission constantly hunts for the proper gear which makes acceleration feel choppy. That’s a major flaw in my opinion. The hands free lift gate has never worked properly from day one. While under warranty I’ve had the dealer address the transmission issues and lift gate. These issues remain unresolved. - Purchased a New car

Great Cars
This is the 5th Lincoln MKX or Nautilus I have owned. Whenever it’s time to get a new car I look at other brands but have always come back to Lincoln. They get better every year. I like that they include many good standard features that other like brands make optional. I get a new car every 3 years. The only thing I ever had to have fixed was a new battery and that was covered by their great warranty. These cars are are a diamond in the rough. - Purchased a New car

Nautilus will Stay in the Family for a While ! ! !
This Lincoln Nautilus is a great car all around. It gets best marks for everything except the large center console. While most cars have them and the storage is ample, I'm just not a fan. I have the 2.0 turbo engine. It has plenty of power. The smart features, like shifting to park if the diver door opens, are wonderful. - Purchased a Used car
