Jerry was such a great guy, he was really kind, understanding and overall just a great dealer to have. He helped me a lot with not only getting the car but with helping me find a cheap insurance company. 10/10 experience
-
Deceptive practices, would only sell vehicle at there asking price if you paid for their extra coverages over $2000, if you declined because they were optional they said that they would not sell the vehicle

This is my second Ram 1500 Big Horn.
This is my second Ram 1500 Big Horn. No problems with my 2015 model, but the 2021 model had a catastrophic failure with the cheap plastic oil filter housing. After getting a full synthetic oil change; overnight oil filter housing dumped all my new oil on the ground. We had to have it towed and the housing replaced. Total cost $939. Why such cheesy parts? Other than that, at 60K did a brake fluid flush and a fuel system cleaning for about $230. Do scheduled maintenance religously, so overall it's doing ok. Battery failure is normal and had it replaced. Very comfortable truck and lots of storage. - Purchased a Used car

I have a 2021 Ram 1500 Bighorn 4x4.
I have a 2021 Ram 1500 Bighorn 4x4. At 68,000 the rear end was making a bad humming sound. Take to dealer, replaced Rear Bearings. Of course, out of Warranty. At 75,000, leaking fluid underneath, cracked Radiator! At 80,000, started to over heat when AC on, seized Fan Motor. What’s next! - Purchased a New car

2021 ram1500 Laraime; 5.
2021 ram1500 Laraime; 5.7 E-Torque 39,000 miles @ 4 years I had trouble trying to anwer if I recommend or not - I selected no, at least not this year. I have had many RAM leases, this one was a purchase and, well, I wish I didnt! <22k miles; new tires. ~28k miles, battery died (ok, I understand these things happen - but then I had to pay for TWO HOUS labor to reset all codes that lit up my dash like a X-Mas tree) I had the battery installed myself outside of the labor mentioned. ~38k miles; ALOT WENT BAD!! *Entire front end, consisting of: Lwr & Upr control arms (upr's are made out of a hard plastic, replacement is cast - which seems like how it should have been from the start) along with swaybar links *I also had to replace the rear brakes and then the center exhaust pipe, 2 bolts and a gasket - which seems to happen to ALL RAMs, but not a warranty or recall item. *Exhaust manifolds (at least these were warrantied) *Differential & half shaft (waiting to take in, assuming this is a warranty item under Powertrain) PROS: Great feel Ride height Love the interior - so far lucky not to experience any of the window/rooftop receiver leaks noted in many posts. - Purchased a New car

My driving experience with 2021 classic Ram
I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace . - Purchased a New car

Laramie lover
Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in . - Purchased a New car

Paint failure over all of lower separate grill not
Lower front grill paint failure falling off.The area adjacent and next to it has no such problems.Which shows no failure to other seperate grill parts .The paint failure is isolated to the individual entire lower grill .The rest of the surrounding individual parts do not have the paint problems .People that see this paint failure feel if they buy a RAM pick up they will have the same paint failure.. Local dealer calls it road use but it is impossible when parts next to if show no such failure. .Paint failure is all over the individual part . Will RAM Corp respond ? - Purchased a Used car

2021 1500 limited
I’ve had 2 5th gen ram, a 2019 bighorn and now a 2021 limited. 2019 I had almost 50k miles w/ only having a flickering LED issue in the passenger upper glove box. My 2021, i have 38k miles on it and it’s been great. I do get some uneven tread wear and wheel vibration, even after alignment but I’m kind of used to it now. But always feel like it’s very well made and reliable. - Purchased a New car

Very disappointed with the front seats
I love the truck, but the drivers seat is UNCOMFORTABLE. The outside edges on the seat are at too much of an angle up, they are hard, and cut into your legs/butt. VERY disappointed in the seat. Called multiple times, no one can figure out how to fix it. - Purchased a New car
