Don’t buy MKC
Had a 2016 MKC. After about a month of use I started noticing electrical problems. I would take to the dealership and was always told it was user error. But just driving the vehicle and having your mirrors fold in while driving is not user error. Then was told the vehicle had a factory recall but no fix for it yet. They just said not to park it in my garage because of risk of battery fire. I traded it in and will never buy Lincoln again. - Purchased a Used car

Don’t buy this car
I have a 46,000 miles the check engine light came on the turbo charger. I had to put a brake booster on it. I had to do a vacuum brake pump and a vehicle never reach 70,000 miles wheel bearings - Purchased a Used car

Lincoln Manufacturing Defect
I love my MKC because it is beautiful, comfortable, and drives easily, yet is very practical with the ability to haul small pieces of furniture, a vacation's worth of luggage, etc. So what happens? About the same time as my husband died a year ago, the tailgate lost the ability to close automatically and I ended up having to push it shut which, it turns out, further damaged the closing mechanism. The dealer hemmed and hawed about fixing it, telling me that it would cost $200 to have it evaluated before the warranty coverage--which was still in effect--could be determined although they thought this particular issue was not covered by warranty. So I took it elsewhere and was told that yes, they had already fixed 7 or 8 Lincoln tailgates with the same problem, and so they got my tailgate to working again. About four months later, the problem reappeared, and the tailgate ended up having to be shut with a bungee cord. It is now in the same shop (which the dealer uses also) with no insurance or warranty coverage, and I am told that the frame to which the tailgate is attached is so bent and frail this time that I probably should refrain from using the tailgate once they get it straightened out enough to close! Believe me when I say that I treated that tailgate with extra care after the repair, not allowing anyone to touch it so as to keep it in proper alignment....until it quit shutting on its own. Then it needed a push in order to close; then it simply couldn't close. Who would ever buy this as a used car even though it is a good car with low mileage? I am beyond frustrated because I cannot afford another car without taking money from my long-term care fund, and I am 80. This is a Lincoln, for God's sake! How could it be so flimsy? - Purchased a New car

Absolutely happy with purchase.
This car met my HAVE TO HAVE LIST and more. My previous car was a MKX. This car is peppier and doesn't drive as heavy as the mkx. Although it is slightly smaller I haven't noticed it. The electronics are very user friendly. Only thing missing was Matthew McConaughey in the driver's seat. I would have paid more for that model. - Purchased a Used car

LOVE MY LINCOLN!!!
I love love love my new car. The ride is quiet and smooth the interior is beautifully designed. I really love the wood grain. My favorite thing is being able to change the interior lights and the cupholder lights to any color. The one thing I am not happy with is that my Panoramic moonroof has leaked. I even bought the extended warranty but it is not covered. I had a verbal agreement with the dealer but they reneged on the deal. - Purchased a Used car

Excellent car until...
Great car! Only had it for 5-6 months but it started to kind of jerk. Not always but sometimes. I thought it was because of non premium gas. I’ll find out on Thursday! - Purchased a Used car

Great SUV
I love my car. She is comfortable, reliable and has been great. I have added snow tires for better traction in winter and she has been great. Because of her weight my top of the line all season tires were not good enough for snow driving. The snow tires makes my daily commute effortless and super safe. I wish I had more luggage space at times but besides that I love my car. I have owned Lincolns for years and they have always been trouble free and super comfortable. - Purchased a Used car

Downsized from our previous vehicle
We have owned the car for a week and are in the midst of an 800 mile trip. We are thoroughly enjoying all the features as we are learning to use all the vehicle offers. Gas mileage was what we hoped for. - Purchased a Used car
