My wife visited Wyatt Johnson kia today to receive an oil change. The technician working was extremely professional, however when placing the appointment we were not informed of the price increase in the service. One oil change went from slightly over $80+tax to $169+tax and the used to offer a 3 oil change package that was $189+tax and now has increased to $369+tax. The price more then double in less than 3 months and when I ask why, I was told they were under new ownership. This is borderline robbery, I do not associate with businesses filled with such greed and this is not the Wyatt Johnson we as Clarksvillians we learned to trust with affordable and superior service. I done purchasing vehicles from here and definitely done with receiving service from them. -
